Recently been going here for just the noodles . Great prices btw . I recently also tried the fried rice but I was kind of disappointed. The rice wasn't fully cooked you can kinda bit little hard uncooked rice . Felt like I was chewing on pebbles but overall great service

Ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi with fried rice. Rice was lukewarm. Only 6 shrimp. Beef was rubbery. There are way better places.

I'm not used to milky looking udon so I was already skeptical however I took a chance and wish I didn't then they only offered to discount or replace the item after the udon I just wanted to leave ........ Last Sunday we finally decided to go for their hibachi, and see for ourselves. We didn't have a reservation, but once we confirmed we were there for the dinner hibachi, we were taken to a hibachi table with two other couples, and our orders were taken & the fun began!! Overall, we really enjoyed the entire hibachi experience, both with the skills and friendly personality of the chef, and also with the quality of the proteins that we ordered as well as their portion sizes. I decided to go for their Scorpion Bowl cocktail , which was colossal and seemed like a lot of fun. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back! Next time we want to go with our friends that live nearby as well.

Great suburban meet up and hang out spot!…read more I was surprised to stumble on this place and meet up with some friends for a happy hour. I came here to meet up with some friends for a quick happy hour and a few appetizers. The drinks were strong, and the food was really fresh, good! I tried the crab balls and the blackened scallops. I was quite impressed on how fresh everything was and how the food was prepared, including the presentation. The food was on point, great, and the drinks are top-notch..... a winner! Well seasoned seafood eats, and the like...like chicken tenders and main big dishes....like grilled salmon plates, broiled fished and salads. I tried the crab balls and blackened scallops. Both dishes were super fresh and really good...most of all seasoned. The crab balls alone was loaded with lump crab meat. I only wish that they included 3 crab balls instead of two considering the price. Other than this, I highly recommend a stop or visit here. Looking forward to trying more dishes and a return visit.

This restaurant is not good…read more Out of stock food. We were the first people there on a Saturday at 11:00 on the dot. They did not have any croissants and they did not have any cocktail sauce (for the fried shrimp that they put on the seafood trip salad). Service was uneven. When we sat down, we asked for water and a carafe of mimosa. The mimosa came within four minutes. It took us another 15 minutes to get water at our table. The servers were very nice and friendly and professional. But maybe just new because they didn't seem to know to refill water glasses. I got their famous seafood dip as a starter. The chips were great. The sauce was not. As the cheese dip cooled, it developed a weird consistency. The flavor was off as well. Maybe it needed some seasoning salt and some pepper. The cheese flavor was odd and there was not enough spinach in it. The chicken wings were good. Good flavor (not spicy at all!!). Average sauce. Good dipping sauce on the side. The utensils were weird. It is strange to wrap actual silver utensils in a paper napkin instead of a cloth napkin. I did not like that. I also did not like that the side condiments came in plastic containers as opposed to small dishes, either porcelain or metal. The seafood trio salad was not good. The salmon and the crabcake tasted horrible. The shrimp was fried and I t needed more seasoning on the shrimp. The salmon had a mealy consistency to it and the flavor was bad as well. The crabcake was not good. Whatever was binding it together was also not good. The salad dressing was OK. There are figs or dates or some kind of dried fruit in the salad that I was not expecting because it was not on the menu. So be aware of that. This was a disappointing experience.

If you pack lunch daily, there are few worse feelings than arriving to the office and realizing…read morethat you forget your food at home. This happened yesterday when I badged in and realized I left my insulated cooler sitting on my kitchen counter. I almost let out a Charlie Brown-esque "Aaargh!" But on those days when I have to venture out at 12pm, one of the more reliable lunch spots is Hibachi Express. One can find this type of restaurant in any food court mall or in downtown business districts; so it's both odd and fortunate that I have a place like near my office. Located right off the MD side of I-495, there is plentiful parking in the strip mall where Hibachi Express is located. Walk in, and there is a digital menu board to choose from. Normally, I just get the Teriyaki Chicken which runs about $11...but decided on being bougie and upgraded to the chicken bento box. If you've been to one of these fast casual hibachi places...you know the drill. You can observe as your dish are placed onto a flatop grill, while the cook uses long spatulas to toss and sear the ingredients. From the time you place your order to pick-up is usually about 5-8 minutes. The bento box has a few pieces of spring rolls, some gyozas, 4 California rolls, a side of cabbage, and the chicken with Teriyaki sauce. If you're dining out for lunch, you're gonna typically gonna spend between $15-$20. So I consider this relatively cheap for $14 with tax and tip. Fried items are nice and crispy, while the rolls are reminiscent of supermarket sushi (which isn't a bad thing). I usually opt to NOT get extra sauce on my protein since it's too sweet, but otherwise, the chicken is cooked well without being overly chewy or dry. Honestly, Hibachi Express isn't fancy, but it's a solid value for the quality and portion sizes. Bonus that unlike at some places, they provide cups for water rather than making customers pay for the bottled variety.
