I am a cyclist and have been experiencing a lot of pain in the knee, IT, hip, and lower back. After taking 8 weeks off the bike, my knee was swollen again. Everything flared up from just a few rides. I began researching orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists. During my latest visit with Julie, she pinpointed the fascia, tendon, and muscle issues. She literally worked wonders! My feet were grateful for the extra attention after a long weekend hike and Christine masterfully unwound the achy muscles in my calves, quads and hamstrings. Erica my masseuse was amazing, she dug in deep in places, and I was like ouch but in a good way, great tension relief, and she listened when I said no oil in my hair!! I asked to concentrate on certain areas and she did, very much enjoyed this service and my time here. They have a nice clean space and a changing area and lockers for your personal items.
