Her staff is just as sweet as she is making you feel as comfortable and welcome as Dr. Lee. My teeth were so bad I thought I would get a lecture or the dentist would pass out. Neither happened. I am in the process of getting all teeth extracted to get dentures. Dr. Lee asked me Wed. how many I wanted out. I said all of them if she had time. She was down to the bottom six which gave her trouble. Dr. Lee tried many things she had learned to make it work. She told me over and over she didn't want me in pain. She really got a work out but was successful making it work. She called me later to see if I was okay and how to reach her after hours. She wanted me to know they were there for me. I love Dr. Lee and her staff.

With that said, I did find that office after researching every Dentist in Cove and Kileen. Dr. Smith's office was exactly what I was looking for. The hygienist Amber was excellent. She is gentle, friendly, and has great clinical skills. The front office, who are responsible for setting up appointments and taking care of your billing properly went above and beyond my expectations. I was a little worried when I first made appointments for both cleanings, and for dental work due to the fact that it was months before I could be seen, however, they assured me that as cancellations do happen and they would call me when an appointment becomes available. I was booked out at least a month, but I got a call the very next day that they had an opening and I was seen promptly. I was booked out three weeks for my dental work and again I was seen just days later. When I was seen for my dental visit with Dr. Smith, I barely even realized that he had given me the injection and took his time and provided excellent work and explanation about my visit. The dental assistant was friendly and didn't let me drown! The floss didn't get stuck, the filling didn't feel high and I was not sore the next day. Thank you for a great experience! Look no further! And even when you jump through their electronic hoops to keep your appointment and confirm it, they claim you did not do it (even when you could hold your phone up and show them the proof that you did) and take you off the appointment book. On my last visit here the assistants were so busy talking to each other across the hallway that I felt ignored as a patient. I prefer an office where an individual matters.

The best is the same day denture. I am travelling on this Thursday and no time to wait for my new denture. It is lucky that Salado Creek Dental can do the same day denture within couple hours. Dr. Trinh is an absolute master - I didn't feel a thing. He was calm, skilled and totally eliminated my fear. My crown was removed, the cavity underneath cleaned out and new crown replaced within 2hours. i really like this place! i hadn't been to a dentist since before covid happened and i had my son,…read moreabout 2 and a half years ago. they didn't make me feel bad about it and established a care plan i was comfortable with. i had to get some periodontal cleaning done , since my gums were bothering me and i have a history of gingivitis . they took my health insurance (united concordia) and i only had to pay $65 out of pocket. the first time I went for the initial exam , I had a panic attack. the staff did not make me feel bad at all, they brought me water and waited until I was comfortable to move forward . They were all very comforting in my time of need. The second time I went back, i got my procedure done. they numbed me and I had no issues. I am going back this week for a routine cleaning. They all have gentle hands and great personalities. I now no longer have to go to the dentist in fear because I know I am in good hands.
