She went above and beyond plugging in numbers to get payments where they needed to be for us. I also had a consultations with other Orthodontist and I have Tricare insurance they quoted me a price and wanted to get me in the chair immediately. However, Jhona contacted my insurance company to ensure I was covered based on my age in which I wasn't! Words can't express what her attention to detail meant as these other places would have had me paying out of pocket a crazy amount of money based on the fact they didn't check the fine print. I was down about the fact that I was not covered for Ortho care and Johana said, give me a bit and worked it out to where I could receive care at an affordable price! My daughter went back to get her braces and as I waited I heard a big welcome and cheer from staff for her, which just made her feel comfortable and like family. My smaller child was upset she wasn't getting a bag full of goodies or braces, lol and Jhona made her feel part of the process by giving her a T-shirt. The receptionist welcomed us and got us in the back very quickly and the Orthodontist took her time and answered all my questions. Lastly, I got a message from Jhona checking on my daughter a day later as braces at first can be a bit painful, she offered some tips for pain, words of encouragement and let me know I could contact directly with any questions. My son is disabled and I trusted the professionals to do what is right for him. They use his disability to swindle us out of almost $700. The dr we first saw told us we would get an initial set of dentures and then a permanent set after all the healing was done. My husband had work done here in 2022. They did a root canal and 2 crowns. The experience was awful…read morefor him. First it took all day. He kept telling them he could still feel them working. He wasn't numbed all the way. They ignored him and kept working. He was in so much pain. Then after the root canal they did molds for the crowns. They were very rough. Absolutely no compassion. They use a secondary source for the crowns so it takes awhile for them to arrive. We waited a month before I finally called to ask about them. They couldn't find them in the system and weren't able to tell us when they would be ready. They told us they would have to investigate and get back to us. We waited a few days before calling them back. By some miracle they were found and waiting for him. It took another couple of weeks for an appointment. All in all the experience was not worth the time or money. He has continued to have issues with one of the teeth they put a crown on. A few days ago the pain became unbearable so we made him an appointment with a different dentist. Now the tooth with only a crown needed a root canal. During X-rays and exams they discovered that the crown on the original tooth with the root canal wasn't done properly. He will eventually have to have the crown redone. Since his appointment we've heard other negative stories about this office. We definitely would not recommend.
