The hot tub was delivered by lazy people, they just dropped it in the yard instead of the jacuzzi room we built. We got it moved in and didn't receive the cover or arms. called customer service and the first lady did nothing! the second phone call I got a manager and we received our cover, no arms! over a month later and we still don't have the arms we paid for. also when we turned the jacuzzi on it heated up normal we turned on the jets and they ran for a few minutes & shut off. We didn't get a manual for this tub, nor did the tub come with any identifying plates to tell us what kind of hot tub this is...name??? I went on thier website to find the tub and it's supposed to be luxury largo but it's a cheap China Knock off. all model numbers arent to any known jacuzzi brands.
