We had to get our outfits tailored multiple times which was very inconvenient for us because we're coming from far away about 2 1/2 hours to be exact. The last bridal outfit that we received wasn't fully done, but we could not come back as we were on a time crunch. We had to get our outfit elsewhere and they were able to do it on the first go. We had expected better service, especially since we put down a great deal of money on these outfits.
