As I walked in the laundromat I noticed the laundry attendant and about 3 people who were in the laundry drying at the time.  I was currently listening to music on my wired head phones and putting my laundry in the washing machine when I noticed the  attendant which is a woman of Spanish descent race was playing her personal music very loudly pretty much at club volume.  I kindly walked over and asked the young lady if she could turn down the music and I quickly observed that there was a language barrier. I used hand gestures and then the young lady responded "musica". Yes , and I motioned if she could turn it down ?! She then responded "no", threw her hands up and fanned me off and proceeded go back to her task. I then asked for the manager and she responded "manager" and again fanned me off while saying no.   Every Spanish person that walked in or out of the laundromat she  complained and pointed at me. At this point by the 2nd person she told about me I began to feel uncomfortable and threatened. She then spoke to a third person who she the had call the cops.   Conveniently prior to the cops arriving , the music volume went to a more reasonable volume. The same way she was able to speak to every spanish person to complain she could've asked them to translate to better understand and or resolve the issue.   The manager arrived shortly after apologized and provided me a credit. Still feeling like a unsatisfied customer but hopefully the manager takes heed to my experience and see that he either replaces her or see that she learns the importance of good customer service and respect.

Update- I was contacted by management at the laundromat who explained this was a one-off and even…read morerefunded the original order with bad service. They are retraining their employee and I've given the establishment a second shot. I've updated my rating taking into account the customer service and will update the review with the results of my second wash & fold Original Review: Clothes were folded weirdly, in thirds as opposed to half-then-half like myself and every other laundromat has done. So I had to refold to get it to fit properly on top of my other clothes in the closet... At which point I discovered clothes were not properly folded (were completely wrinkled before folding) so I had to iron or steam all my work clothes. Not much point in a wash and fold service if you have to iron and refold your clothes. One shirt looked like it was dropped on the ground and had some heavy dark industrial grease on it. Complete waste of money, but worst of all, a waste of my valuable time. Go elsewhere

The washer I used had a screen that didn't light up with numbers like the rest did and I almost thought it was out of order but it still worked. Some of the dryers had damaged display screens which were unsightly tbh. The beverage vending machine had reasonably priced drinks in it like 1$ water bottles but I didn't buy any since I wasn't thirsty at the moment but it's nice to know they're cheap. Also cool how it takes debit cards as well as cash. Staff is helpful and nice. Overall it's a good laundromat that I recommend trying.

After so much time has passed, LOAD is still claiming they are correct in BLAMING ME for delivering my laundry to the WRONG DOOR which resulted it in being stolen. Not only is it NOT LEGALLY my building's fault ( Or mine) since my agreement was with LOAD (not my building) to ensure my laundry was delivered to MY DOOR, not a door NEAR MINE OR A DOOR THAT LOOKED LIKE MINE. Customers DO NOT have to take my review to be true. My original review is still up and has screen shots of how they asked me change my review if they compensated me for THIER ERROR. All future prospective customers have to do is look at 99% of all of their other reviews to see how awful they are. Also, I never got a full refund for the cost of my belongings, I received a portion of what my belongings were valued at. Bottom line: If you value your clothes, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. Buyer beware, this place is unethical and will continue to bother you for months. To make certain they stop, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and report them. That should finally and hopefully put this issue to rest. Also, I use RINSE now and they are prompt, arrive when promised and have not lost a single item once and offer free bags if you don't reach their weight level. Been a customer of this laundromat since 2007/2008. It used to be very clean and a great place to…read moreget some laundry done but times have changed. The equipment has stayed the same throughout the years and it appears upkeep isn't top priority. A lot of the dryers have the black lining on the glass of the door falling off which in turn lets the heat out. I've seen people stuff dryer sheets into the places where the lining is missing but that doesn't help keep the heat. The customer is losing money since the machines aren't efficient. The washing machines themselves are dirty- the location to place your soaps and softeners is all clogged up with residue - those need a good cleaning and staff/owner can do that but they don't. It's rare you will find a staff member that is non Spanish speaking so communication when something is wrong is nonexistent. The area itself is going through a change and honestly I don't feel that safe going to this location like I used to. After a long time of coming here - I had to end it. I hope they renovate and or address maintenance issues.

Luckily they have a few spots designated for businesses other than 24 hour, but those can fill up too. -They close kind of early at 7pm during the week (not sure about weekends)

I would have assumed that a place that claims to do alterations would have no issue with this, but she even told me she has sewn many patches on police and fire men uniforms, school jerseys, etc. I am astonished how poorly this was done, I would have sewn them on myself if I knew this would be the result.
