I'm being generous by giving two stars because I used Elias before and he did a good job. Had a problem with a lock (that HE installed a couple of months ago) that I don't use often. The key went in but wouldn't come out. Because it had been a while since he installed the lock, I was ok paying him to come out again. We agreed to after 1:00 on Saturday. No call, no show. I even texted him at 4:00 to ask if he was still coming since it was getting so late. He never responded. Called someone else who came out and did a great job. Won't use Salazar again. I decided to crash at a friend's place for the night and started calling some locksmiths early in the morning.
