He's been very unprofessional about this whole ordeal. We pay for his services but the services have been half-assed and his work has definitely gone down-hill. We will definitely no longer use him and I suggest you don't either. Or if you do, definitely go through your taxes with a fine tooth comb. Because I can almost guarantee you there are mistakes. And those mistakes might cost you.
