I came to get my medications renewed and my pharmacy sent them to be ordered from the office. When I returned to the pharmacy they said they never got a reply. I would call the Dr.s office and it would go to voicemail and I would never hear back. I called quite a few times. I figured they closed or moved. I felt very betrayed at the time. I had to see someone else and then they moved. I recently went on Yelp to find a new doctor and saw that Dr. Chikkala was still at the same place!?? WT? I left another message, again, no response! I drove over there today and only the nurse was there. I told her about all this and said she would have someone get back to me. So Dr. Chikkala's husband (who runs the front) Just now called me. He was very rude to me. He said that because it had been almost 2 years that she was no longer my doctor, (well of course she wasn't). I wanted to go back to see her. He wanted to go round and round about when he "said" he called me back a long time ago and it was ME that never responded. LOL really? I DID call, MANY MANY Times! No one ever got back to me. Very irresponsible for a doctor's office. So, I said I would like to get in to see her. Then he tells me that I have to find another doctor because she won't have any information from the last 2 years?? Well, they can get that information from the last group I was at. He proceeded to then just make up stuff and it got ridiculous. He made no sense, I realized he was just being an ass. I really do not wish to deal with people like that so I will find a new, better, more communicative, and responsive doctor's office.

Have an normal issue, she can see you...have an emergency, she can be reached and will help you. The ultimate goal with this type of service is patient centric care and to save you money. How many PCMs am say they do that. Dr Calderon's office is new, clean, and has the ability to take care of you, the patient, when needed. The care she provides to me and my family is exceptional AND she gets to know you as a person. What more can you ask for in a Doctor or clinic.

I was told to get initial lab work done which I did. I communicated via the app that Euphora uses the date of the labs, but they still asked me to complete the labs even after I got them done. I found that a little weird, but no big deal. When it was time for the first appointment, I showed up a few minutes early and a sign on the door told me to please knock or call. I did both multiple times, and no one came to the door. Eventually another patient just walked into the waiting room, so I followed. I had waited 13 mins and no one was at the front desk. The other patient yelled "hello?" and someone finally came to the desk to help. I found it odd there was a waiting room yet we were told to wait outside the office--there weren't even any chairs or anything to sit in. The person who took my vitals didn't introduce themselves. Dr. C came in promptly, and while she was great, she provided a very, very rushed physical. The appointment literally took maybe 4 or 5 mins. As the appointment was ending, I asked what ever happened to my bloodwork and she said they still didn't have it but she would check (I had the labs done 2 weeks prior!). As I was leaving and getting into my car, Dr. C called and said they did, in fact, have the bloodwork and went over everything with me. While I liked Dr. C overall, between no one being at the front desk at the time of appointments and a super rushed first visit, it was a kinda crummy first impression, enough to make me cancel. I hope that Euphora Health can have attentive staff and remember how important first impressions are to patients! I will be looking into other DPC options in the area moving forward.

She is thorough and proactive with her healthcare approach. She also stays current on the healthcare industry to ensure you get the best care and most current protocols based on ethnicity where relevant. This sets her FAR apart from other physicians in the area. I would drive a million miles to see Dr. Supkay. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course. The convenience of CPL being located on site makes any follow up labs easy breezy. Highly recommend Dr Supkay as part of your medical care team!!! It's been almost a month…read moresince I saw Dr. Akhter so I can now speak to my progress, as well as my experience with my first consultation... First, I have been dealing with chronic health issues for two decades and have been to countless specialists of conventional medicine as well other alternative medicine practitioners, never getting much relief and only seeing my symptoms multiply over the years. I found Dr. Akhter because he lives nearby...to be honest, because of my history, I didn't expect much. But I was desperate and don't currently have insurance. I liked that his website was very transparent about cost and that he's an MD that doesn't push pharmaceuticals. The best of both worlds. Both of my consults were telemedicine. Dr. Omar listens really well, is very caring, and answered all my questions. I know quite a bit about my condition, having lived with it so long, and I liked that he respected that. He seems very knowledgeable, but down to earth. Because I was traveling soon, and would be away for a while, he was also very flexible about how I could continue my care abroad. Lastly, but most importantly, I hadn't felt healthy in over 10 plus years, until now. With just a few supplements, Dr. Akhter has allowed me to resume my normal work life with hope and optimism. Because he's a functional medical doctor, his visits are 30 minutes long, with an initial hour appointment. In that first visit, e were able to go over all my labs from the past few years as well as give him a general overview of my health and concerns. And on follow up visits, he answers all my questions and spends time making sure I understand what's going on and our next steps. My medication philosophy is a good fit with his. I use a mixture of traditional and complementary/alternative medicine and am comfortable using supplements, nutrition, herbs, and medications. I prefer to limit the medications to what is absolutely necessary and to use as much as I need to help my body heal - while also not taking more than I need. He aligns with my approach. I've often seen an alternative medical doctor alongside a GP, which can be expensive. It's so helpful to have one doctor that honors both forms of care. Functional medical doctors, because of the extra care they offer, are typically much more expensive than typical doctors. Dr. Akhter's fees are very reasonable, and labs are billed at cost. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Akhter. I encourage you to give him a try!

While my own medical form was completed correctly, the forms for my family members were not. This mistake led to a Request for Evidence (RFE) from USCIS, which delayed our case by several months. On top of the stress and uncertainty, this error cost us real money. Because of the delays and time pressure, I had to pay over $900 out of pocket for additional rounds of vaccinations at the same clinic just to stay on track. This situation could have been avoided with proper attention to detail. For a service that directly impacts legal status and timelines, I expected a much higher level of care and accuracy. I'm sharing this to raise awareness so future patients can double-check their paperwork carefully and avoid going through a similar experience.

However, every month without fail they screw up her prescriptions. Every single month! They usually only call in one, making it so she has to call multiple more times while at work to get it resolved. She calls and visits plenty of time prior to script running out, but by time they get meds called in correctly she's out. This is a ongoing monthly issue and for no good reason.
