The branch is open 7 days a week, has plenty of parking and is well staffed generally. Their online banking software is OK, not great but perfectly acceptable. Coming from mega bank Wells Fargo to Eastern was like going back 25 years in time to an era when personal banking still meant more than a marketing slogan.
