It seems like every time filled a prescription there was some kind of issue. They wouldn't bill the secondary insurance. They told me they didn't have to. In spite of getting an override approved by insurance and my doctor so I could get enough medicine while traveling overseas, the pharmacist refused to fill them, he is incredibly rude and patronising. He told me that they have done a lot of favors for me through the years and i asked what and he said they've called my doctor as if that wasn't part of his job. I will never go back. By the way, @Stone Drugs in Spanish Fork was more than willing to help me take care of this issue. read more

It's nice having a local pharmacy in town. They have always been fast and friendly. It would be nice if their pick up line drive-through line was a little straighter and longer but first world problems. read more

We have used this pharmacy for years, and find they are less expensive than most others. They have also been able help with costs when my insurance didn't cover a very expensive medication. I have gotten compound medications which they have done in this pharmacy for years also, and they are timely on filling those. 2 days wait time isn't bad at all for a busy pharmacy who hand compounds the medication. The staff is fantastic and always so friendly. The pharmacist Brent, is always willing to help with any questions, and I have had recommendations from a few doctors to use him for my pharmacist. I have absolutely no complaints. I know most people in our area use Salem Hills Pharmacy for of their medication needs. read more

They treat you like by filling your prescriptions and billing your insurance they are doing you a big personal favor, rather than doing their job of providing you a service. read more

Love this place. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Just installed an easy drive through drop off and pick up. Makes my life much easier.

Salem Hills is the best!! I have been very sick. My Dr called in a prescription but later in the day in a Saturday. The pharmacy did not have all the pills needed but went above and beyond to take care of what was needed so I could get better. A long story cut short. Meh. They do have a compound pharmacy, which is rare, but they are quite a bit more expensive than Rock Canyon Pharmacy in Provo if you are paying cash and don't have insurance, and Rock Canyon will mail you your prescriptions for free. They are pretty slow filling the prescriptions and I felt awkward because they are pretty active LDS and it feels like they assume everyone else who goes in there are too. I won't go back, it is just not the kind of place I feel comfortable in. read more
