He scheduled a 1:15pm pickup for his 4:30 pm flight. Nexus had to change the schedule and picked him up at 12:30 pm instead, which turned out to be fine. They emailed and texted him ahead of time, so their communication was great. I think we'll be skipping our normal shuttle service and using this one. It's a smidge more expensive, but you're getting door to door drop off with a smaller business owner, which we love to support when we can.

He noticed my Little Mermaid shirt and Disney suitcase and the rest is history. The whole ride to the airport was epic, we talked Disneyland the whole way. It's a lot of time to be on the road, it goes to Corvallis (with no pickup) and then zigzags back to Albany. The drive back from Portland to Albany, we were packed like sardines, every single seat was used and we were still missing 1. If you don't mind being on the road long and packed in, it's a great deal. Employees are great and always friendly with great drivers. Long term parking at the airport is $15 a day with shuttle svc, I'll be going that route next time.

We waited for a half hour and they never answered our calls. Finally got a text alert saying a car was coming 45 minutes after they were supposed to pick us up. I know that they are going to show-up - or call me with any changes due to traffic or challenges due to scheduling. The courtesy, professionalism and care they put into their work is evidenced in the way that Jorge texts his customers to confirm a pick-up; or in the bottles of water they make available in all of their vans. There seems to be a misguided assumption that "door-to-door" shuttle vans are more expensive than metered cabs. This is truly a misnomer. Sunrise PDX Airport Shuttle is the most economical shuttle service (and one of the very best) around. I trust Jorge and Koiyan week-after-week for pick-ups and drop-offs at all hours of the day and night. They really are the best!

We were supposed to get a bottle of champagne which was not there. 7. The AC did not work properly and could not keep up with the heat outside, leaving everyone sticky and uncomfortable. 8. Windows did not function properly. You can't make this stuff up! The driver told us he has recommended to the owner to not use the limousine in this condition but the owner doesn't listen. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this was absolutely a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Starlight Limousine. Don't do it. Avoid at all costs.

I give this company 5 stars easily…read more My daughter was traveling for the first time to Portland International. She missed a shuttle that a college was providing due to her flight being delayed. She had to go all the way to Eugene which is a two hour ride. I found Portland Luxury on Yelp and the owner Billy put me and my wife at ease. He tracked my daughters flight information, picked her up directly at the airport and texted her before she landed with all of the directions on where to meet. He even texted me when he picked her up and at the end of the ride to confirm she arrived safely. I am from the New York area and did not have a connection in Portland but I am so great full for Billy and Portland Luxury. He was a guardian angel who made sure my daughter got to her location safely. I recommend this company to everybody. If you are landing in Portland give Billie a call!
