I have never worked with State Farm before but they have emtertaining commercials and they are supposed to have the best customer support of all insurance companies. I asked Jay a ton of questions about the proposals they gave me and not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was polite, professional, and sounded extremely passionate about the company he represented and he was proud to be working there. You can also tell that he was there to serve his clients and he would do whatever it takes to provide the support they were looking for even if it took a little longer to get it done. When I think about great customer support, this is what you would hope/ expect to receive. I can practically see Jake from State Farm dressed in his red sweatshirt and nicely pressed khaki pants speaking to me. I ended up signing a policy with him and I will be sending friends and family to him in the future without a doubt.
