I have been to Salinas several times when visiting my parents.The customer service is always great. They treat us like family when we arrive. Ramon is my absolute favorites. His recommendations are always spot on. The empanadas were out of this world, filled with shrimp and cheese. The tree sauces were superb but the cheese sauce stole the show. The crust was flaky and fried to perfection. The seafood soup was filled with a scallops, mussels,octopus, fish and shrimp. It was hearty and I really enjoyed it. The salmon was was a huge flaky portion and it was cooked to perfection. The accompaniments paired perfectly. My son ordered chicken noodle soup and it was phenomenal. The soup was soooooo good and broth was very tasty. Overall I recommend Salinas! You will not be disappointed! read more

Second time there. Was not disappointed. Had the Pollo Hawaiiano. It was delicious. Grilled chicken, mixed with fajita vegetables, pineapples, and teriyaki sauce over rice. It also included a salad. I always enjoy the atmosphere, the colorful Mexican decor. read more

There is so much heart in this place, and you can feel you're right at home as soon as you walk in. I've been here a few times with my family. This place is great for booking a special day and a huge crowd. The bar and dining area are very open and bring a sense of community when dining here. It's another one of my favorite Mexican food spots around here! Everything on the menu is fantastic. The staff really gets to know you. The seasonal menu offerings feel extra special and homemade! My wife and I visit an authentic Mexican restaurant called Salina's in Bear, Delaware in the same shopping area where Buffalo Wild Wings is located. The atmosphere and music gave that Latina feel and the food was great and delicious. No Chipotle or Taco Bell feel. The real deal with burrito, enchiladas and fajitas. We plan to return again. We had reservations set for over 2 weeks for Saturday, April 6th 2024 for 6 peaple. We arrive to find the place closed with no notification on door as to why, nothing on their website or Facebook account to explain the closure. Both numbers (one on FB account and one of the door of the restaurant) are OUT OF SERVICE..... Luckily another restaurant close by was able to accommodate us quickly since we had made reservations for a birthday. Still cannot get through to anyone, I sent an email to the address listed on the FB account and messaged one of their posts on their FB account. read more

Very disappointing. We used to love the restaurant that used to be at this location. The quality has went downhill. They also charge for every refill of soda. 3 drinks with one refill each and a kids chocolate milk was $30... they also said the kids chocolate milk would be a "milkshake" it was not a milkshake at all just $9 chocolate milk... The salsa tasted like it came out of a jar and the food was subpar. I do not recommend this restaurant. I felt very ripped off spending almost $200 I could have gone anywhere! read more

We decided to try this restaurant for Cinco de Mayo dinner after reading all of the rave reviews about the food and service. Bad idea- we waited 45 min and when seated the restaurant had so many empty tables I have no idea why we had to wait. We got fajitas and the flavor was good, but the beans and rice were cold like they had been sitting in the fridge and the fajitas were just warm, not piping hot like they should be. We asked for drink refills and had to wait literally 20 min and the waiter only had like 3-4 tables. The dessert took 35 min for "fried ice cream" which was just some melted ice cream in a cinnamon tortilla bowl with some toppings. We will NOT be visiting here again, the service and food were definitley UNDERwhelming. read more

I wouldn't recommend eating here..The food is too pricey for how it taste, plus the employees are ignorant and rude..I've ordered some tacos and told them to please leave out the onions as I'm allergic, but they either ignored what I said or forgot which I don't really mind but when I asked to have it redone the server scoffed and a couple mins came back with a new set but you can tell right away they just removed the onions on top because it still had some mixed in with the meat,when I commented on this a male named Alan came up to me (which I'm assuming is the owner) and commented on how I should just f***ing eat it since fat people like me eat everything...I've never felt so disrespected and embarrassed, I would never come back here again...Horrible dining experience and extremely rude staff read more
