When I balked at receiving a bill at all, Ginger (rude phone answerer) reluctantly agreed to reduce it to $125. Now she is leaving me daily phone messages, and has threatened to turn me over to collections if I don't pay it. And now she says I owe $250 again. Terrible company. Terrible customer service.
