The owner called me and handled this like a TERRIBLE business owner: NO APOLOGY, NO ACCOUNTABILITY, NO attempt to fix anything. She actually tried to tell me that: 1.It was okay to wash two different customers' laundry together 2. Her employees didn't need to know that certain fabrics can stain from detergent 3. Somehow this was about how I "got to a place of dissatisfaction," not the fact that they lost my shirt and ruined my jacket This is not a misunderstanding.
