Came to pick up today and they were piled on top of each other, wrinkled and still wet. Now I have to do more work in addition to what I would have done anyway. Not to mention, spend more time rehanging everything at home so it can dry properly. Wish I did not pay for this service. It was not communicated that they don't hang clothes. I guess it's my stupidity for assuming they'd be dry when I picked them up 2 days later. The ladies are very nice and working hard so I don't mean to disparage them, but I'm frustrated that I just paid for my clothes to be worse off than they would be if I did them myself and want to give anyone else thinking about trying this service a heads up.

A young lady working there helped us navigate which machines and settings would work best. They have extra large commercial washing and dryer machines which is why we were there. There is a quarter machine that takes only bills up to 20 dollar denomination so leave the credit card and smart apps at home. If you forget your laundry soap, bleach or softener there is a cash only machine as well. They offer a drop off and pickup and drop off service which is a great for those without cars or unable to walk. It's clean, has large screen TV and small vending machine with a few snacks all costing just one dollar!
