She then went back in her office and came out with the numbers corrected to reflect the amount from my insurance doctors finder page and i asked her if she was sure that this was all that I would pay. She assured me that that was all. After paying $700 down and $150 a month for 12 months for a total of $2,538 plus another $1000 from my insurance for a total of $3,538 as agreed, they are now billing me for an additional $1451 saying that my insurance should've paid more. Trying to get me to take this up with my insurance company when She knew from the beginning that my insurance was only paying $1000. I showed her the documentation. This is a total scam and now i have to get a lawyer smh. I am pissed and I do not recommend this place at all. I don't even know if the braces worked or not.

Everyone is polite and accommodating when it comes to our questions and scheduling of appointments. I would recommend this office as they are kind, thorough in treatment and flexible. Thus YEARS later, when my daughter needed braces, there was only one Dr. I would take her to. Her braces just came off and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The Ambler office which is the only office I've been to is very clean, they have a small area that is like an arcade for children, they also have a coffee machine for parents which is an extra perk for early morning appointments. After your child's appointment the consultation with the dentist is always very informational and they will take all the time needed to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Also a great place if your child fears getting braces. And an extra extra plus is they do have a pediatric dentist in the same building directly across the hall so it's a one stop shop.

They are not listed in BBB (Better Business Bureau)? It is not under the practice name or doctor's name. That would be a warning sign.

Apparently he gets a kick out of the tough cases so the lovely Dr. Delozier suggested I let him handle my root canal because of the issues I've had with fractured teeth. I was superrrrrr apprehensive about coming here for dental work as I had a traumatic experience at my last dentist who I had horrible nerve damage from a root canal I had. I needed another root canal though and this place came up on my insurance list. They were incredible. Super competent, funny, kind and the prices were insanely cheap compared to what I've paid at other dentists for the EXACT same things. I now know I was getting ripped off big.
