I would not recommend this place at all! These ppl are a scam. i went into this office with a print out of what my insurance would cover and how much i would be responsible to pay. the office mgr(Dr. Azizi's wife) came back with an amount that was higher. I then showed her my insurance print out and told her that i cannot pay more than what was advertised. She then went back in her office and came out with the numbers corrected to reflect the amount from my insurance doctors finder page and i asked her if she was sure that this was all that I would pay. She assured me that that was all. After paying $700 down and $150 a month for 12 months for a total of $2,538 plus another $1000 from my insurance for a total of $3,538 as agreed, they are now billing me for an additional $1451 saying that my insurance should've paid more. Trying to get me to take this up with my insurance company when She knew from the beginning that my insurance was only paying $1000. I showed her the documentation. This is a total scam and now i have to get a lawyer smh. I am pissed and I do not recommend this place at all. I don't even know if the braces worked or not. read more

Dr. Azizi and all of his staff are amazing. Myself as well as 3 of my children have been/still are patients at his office. Everyone is polite and accommodating when it comes to our questions and scheduling of appointments. I would recommend this office as they are kind, thorough in treatment and flexible. My children all feel comfortable coming here for their visits. I am very happy with the results that we are seeing with each treatment and can't wait to see the final results! read more

Dr. Azizi seems like a nice guy; however, he was not able to fix my teeth after 2+ years in braces. After spending thousands of dollars in his office, I now have to get braces for the SECOND time with another orthodontist. I'm very upset about my experience and would not recommend him to anyone. Nope. A friend who used Dr. Arizi warned me about this place and told me she wished she had shopped around more. This was a high pressure sales environment. I took my 9 yr old son there for a consultation. They wanted to start the process of giving him expanders that day, by inserting spacers. I was turned off and told them I wanted to discuss it with my husband first. They offered to let me use their phone so I could call my husband and discuss it right there on the spot. Also, if I signed on the dotted line that day I would receive a discount. Then, the dr's wife called me later that same day to follow up and schedule an appt (which I did not make). I went to another orthodontist who said he did not need expanders at all, and he wouldn't be ready to start treatment for at least a year. There was absolutely no pressure. Horrible!!!!Communication poor and they prolong treatment to get more money out of you. I actually had to sign off on treatment of my child after about 5 years of frustration with him and his staff. I had to get my son's braces taken off and now I'm starting the process over again with a new orthodontist. The receptionist was so rude that even my husband complained about her and nothing was done to correct her behavior. The girls in the back do all the work instead of the actual orthodontist. They took thousands of dollars off me with nothing to show for it . My son's teeth are a mess and he's a teenager than needs braces on again. read more

Had an unsatisfactory experience here. Dr. Azizi seems very nice at first, the problem is the treatment plan for me did not work. He was not able to straighten my teeth out and removed braces prematurely. All my teeth shifted back even with continued use of retainers that were provided. One of my retainers snapped in 6 months and I was told that they do not keep ANY files of your previous molds. Instead you have to make an appointment, make a new mold, and then pay multiple hundreds of dollars for a flimsy plastic tray, each time it breaks. Horrible！I went there for a consultation and decided not to step forward. But they started to bill my insurance claiming that I had started treatment with them. This is TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE!!! I went for a *consultation* to discuss orthodontic treatment for my daughter. We recently moved and wanted to find an orthodontist located closer to our new home in Lower Geynedd. Less than a week after the initial consultation, I contacted Azizi's office to tell them we would stay with my daughter's original orthodontist....primarily because Azizi wanted more than 2x our original orthodontist -- for less work. When I called Azizi's office to notify them of my decision they refused to refund my $500 down payment. But it didn't stop there...Azizi also billed my insurance for $3600 and another $500 -- for what you ask? Good question because remember this was a consultation. They claim they took X-rays which I never authorized. In fact, they made sure we sent my daughter's complete dental records (including X-rays) prior to the consultation. So now I get to fight this out with my insurance company. I cannot believe this "doctor" would stoop so low as to bill for work that never began. Apparently, Azizi has a reputation for arrogance and deceit that I experienced firsthand. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this thief. PARENT/PATIENT BEWARE!!!!! read more

The staff is all young girls with little experience. Little to nothing is explained throughout the process as communication is very poor, aside from making sure you know how much is due. Dr. Azizi did a terrible job answering my questions when I asked specifics. The materials used in the braces were really cheap and broke constantly. There are several other places in the area, I recommend you do your research before going here. read more

This is my second time with Dr. Azizzi for ortho. I had my own braces several years ago as an adult and now my 9 year old daughter is starting her treatment. We really love everyone at this practice. The assistants are super nice and never make you wait. Dr Azizzi has a very kind and caring beside manner. My daughter was very nervous at her second visit having a pallet expander put on. The doc and girls made her super comfortable and now shew cant wait to have her brackets put on. She even got a stuffed animal as a prize when leaving which of course she was thrilled with. Both locations are very modern clean and inviting. Which I find very important. I would highly rec this practice to all of my friends and their children. We have had nothing but great experiences here. And bonus they work with our insurance which is great. I have a beautiful straight smile for life now and my daughter will as well soon. read more

Dr. Azizi's bad services has caused my family much pain and anxiety. From the first consultation, he told me that my daughter was at the "perfect time" for braces. However, this was not so. Because she had not yet lost all her teeth, the wires were unable to grip her teeth, and constantly fell out, resulting in wires protruding from her mouth and poking into her gums and several occasions. Rushing in for an emergency appointment, not only did Dr. Azizi not claim he was not at fault, the office also charged our family the cost for the emergency appointment. After my daughter had lost all of her baby teeth, this no longer became an issue. Do not let the "#1 Orthodontist" title deceive you, even though they plaster it almost everywhere they can. From the expensive pricing to the deceit, Azizi has provided a orthodontic experience that has become a dreaded routine. read more

Avoid Azizi as much as you can. All they care is your money! I brought my daughter for a consultancy, she wasn't ready but Dr. Azizi said it was the perfect time for her to start. A year after we started with him, he told us to have several of her teeth extracted so the permanent teeth can come out for the orthodontic works. When we first visited we told them we will change insurance company the next year so better start the orthodontic work next year. His head assistant and him advised us to start right away so we can get benefits from both insurance. But turns out the second insurance would not take it because it is pre-existing condition and Dr. Azizi knew all along this would happen. They did the same thing again to one of my friend families recently. They would do and say anything to get you started and charge you the full cost. Another friend of mine went for a consultancy which they promised to be free, but when my friend decided to not go with them, Dr Azizi charged them consultancy fee! There is one time Dr. Azizi's office did such a terrible job so that one wire stick out against inside of my daughter's cheek. I called them and was told by the staff to wait until next Monday. Hello! My daughter is in such a pain and can't even eat. And you want me to wait until next Monday? If you can find any other orthodontics in your area, avoid them! This is the worst orthodontist ever! Both of my kids had to have their braces redone! He is dishonest and does an awful job. My kids ' teeth were worse after he was done with them. After going to a new reputable orthodontist.... It was only then we realized how much damage he had done. BC of him my child has been in braces for 7 years and the other for 5. Do not use this orthodontist. I cannot understand how someone like this is allowed to practice.. The staff is rude, the office is not clean and some of the assistants are not even certified to be working on people's mouths. I really really wish the National board of orthodontists as well as the Ada would do a thorough investigation of this practice. His wife is the office manager and not only is she rude but sneaky and unethical in my opinion. Also do not get sucked in to Stage 1 orthodontics....it us just like paying twice for the same thing... A total rip off!!! There are plenty of other reputable orthodontists around so please do your research so you can prevent what happened to my family. As an adult I was very hesitant to get braces so I went to 3 different orthodontists for consultation before I made a decision to get them. All three had a similar treatment plan for me. Prices did differ some between the 3 options, but at Dr Azizi's office the clear braces that I wanted were a little less expensive, I liked him and his staff the best, and he was willing to try to accelerate my treatment. So, this was an easy choice for me. I have had my braces now for about 8 months and my teeth are looking great! I have to say Dr Azizi and his staff are wonderful and I am very glad I chose them for my orthodontic treatment! read more

What can I say, I love this office! I bring my oldest son. We had 3 consults done in different offices and without question we chose Dr. Azizi. Everyone here is polite. They know our names when we walk in the door and we rarely wait more than 5 minutes for our appointment. Dr. Azizi and his staff made both my son and myself feel very comfortable and explained everything to us. He and the staff are just great! Not to mention the results we are seeing with our sons teeth are amazing. He is already so much more confident and smiles so much more without feeling embarrassed about his teeth sticking out.
