I get there today and was ignored for several minutes, then three different people asked what I was there for in the next five minutes. Feast or famine! Not one of them went to get Lacy they just said she'll be up here soon, she is in the back. When she finally came up about another five minutes later she said I don't take 10 o'clock appointments and my wax is not even on. She said I could wait until 10:30. This may sound ridiculous but they feel like an extended family, the office personal are so inviting and remember me and family everytime, same with any techs they have and ofcourse the doctor. I always feel so well taken care of and that there is a genuine quality here you can't find in many places if at all anymore. As an older mom now, I also like to indulge in things like Botox, I feel much better getting this done from a doctor than a pop up type Botox environment. If something was to go wrong or to have a reaction, a doctor is much more capable in that situation. Highly recommend if you need dermatology care in the High Desert area.

I have now retired calling several times over four days and I have yet to talk to anyone other then they answer, say please hold send then never v come back to the phone. As in never. So my delayed medication still isn't filled. Then we have the issues trying to transfer my medication's from Walmart. They told me at Walgreens to use the app on the phone, so I have. That has been three weeks now and all I have done is resubmit at least half a dozen times and still not one medication has been transferred over. It seems that not only does the Walgreen app not function correctly but their employees do not even care about their customers getting their prescriptions in a timely manner that probably or for health reasons. Sounds like they might be in the wrong line of work it maybe Walgreens should do a complete overhaul of their staffing.

This was my first time visiting this location. I was picking up an order I placed online. The store…read moresmelled amazing as soon as I entered. There were displays of lotions, body products, candles and more. The store was packed with goodies and merchandise but it wasn't messy. It was organized, just a lot of products. There were two employees that were talking, and neither greeted me upon entering the store. To be honest I don't think they even saw that I entered the store they were so engrossed in their conversation. There's no place for a "line" so customers just stand on either side of the travel (miniature) items and hope that's where the line starts. When I picked up my order the cashier seemed like she had a difficult time physically finding it even though she indicated she placed it on the cart earlier. After showing ID and leaving the store to the parking lot, I realized the items were not what I ordered. I quickly returned to the store to get the correct items. The cashier was able to quickly replace the incorrect item with the correct one. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience or acknowledging her error. I thought this store would be a good location as it's a smaller store than some of the other locations in the area but after visiting this location, nope. No thank you.
