Some of the front office staff come across as rude and act as if they run the place. I was promised that my order would be ready on 3/27, and while I understand delays can happen, the real issue was the complete lack of follow up. I specifically asked to be contacted--whether the order arrived or notand that never happened. I've been dealing with Edna at the front desk, and even after paying half of the total cost upfront, I still received no update. This is not acceptable customer service. These young office staff members would benefit from proper customer service training. So other than that you can get online and get the shampoor liter size and you can pick it up at the store. So today I had a very good experience the lady who was a very good sells person was trying to help me find the size I needed. She was also disappointed they usually carry it all the time it was just they didn't have it at the time that I came in. Other than that the store was clean and very orderly they have the best perfumes money could buy. Overwhelmed with looking at all of the very expensive perfumes they have. So I knew exactly where to find them when I am ready for Christmas time for family members. Because they were closing I couldn't stick around to shop a little more. Little did I know they close at 9 PM I thought at 10 PM. Unfortunately I may have to come back later next week to hunt for hair dryers and also curlers. Have a great staff of people very friendly and they always greet you at the door so it's not like they give you a stare they actually speak with you. After waiting about 20 minutes for help, I was told I had to go back outside to get a signal to complete the check-in. When Safari refreshed twice, I had to return inside and scan the QR code all over again. Walgreens even sends a text before your appointment saying you can manage your vaccination online, but you can't use that text to check in when you arrive. Requiring a QR code in a store with no cell service is a broken system. There should be a way to check in from the appointment text or have the pharmacy check patients in without relying on the QR code.

Scheduling is a breeze and the representatives are always so pleasant and understanding. Micah is a personal favorite of mine. She has surgically removed "things" and sent them off to pathology. Results come in very quickly. Her bedside manner is way above and beyond any expectations. Micah has the ability to make the patient feel like they're truly cared about. He also is a very poor listener. I call the last 2 years my adventures with a surgeon's ego. In my case, he did a surgery where he thought the results were amazing requesting that he could show off my case to his students. I was in horror because he neither did what I requested, nor was this a subtle change. It completely changed what I look like and people couldn't recognize me. This would be only be a success if I was trying to be in the witness protection program and wanted a new identity. I think he values very square, wide masculine jawlines. From the several other surgeons I've seen, there is a consensus that was a poor choice for a female jaw line. Plus there was a problem. This led to having a 2nd surgery. In this one, he made 2 errors that resulted in a jaw implant being improperly installed too low and the other not screwed in so it turned sideways. That let to a 3rd surgery by another surgeon. Even without the errors, I've now met with a lot of plastic surgeons. I can tell you that based on what I've learned though that, I would rank Dr. Carlotti at the bottom of the pack. Please do yourself a favor and find a better surgeon. It won't be hard. The funny thing of this is I didn't originally schedule to see him. I was scheduled to see his Dr. Michelle Carlotti. Somehow when I was waiting with the patient care person and talking about Dr. Michelle and what she typically does, Dr. Albert came in and switched me to his patient I never understood why that happened. When I was researching him after, there were mostly only positive reviews. He did have a lawsuit with a patient who aggressively put negative reviews out on him because it hurt his business. Anyway, since I had my first surgery, there are many negative reviews. From that my impression is not only is my negative experience pretty typical, but that there may not have been negative reviews because he threatened similar action if people posted their dissatisfaction. That's just the impression I have, but probably should put a legal disclaimer so he doesn't come after me for telling my experience and exposing his errors.
