None of them interacted on the chat or answered my questions. I tried two more times and was disconnected both times. I also called the Customer Service and get this. The gentleman that barely spoke English wanted me to just pay for the broken candle and offered to exchange it for a different scent because didn't have this one in stock (and it happened to me before) and charge me for the new candle. How does that make any sense? I don't think I'll ever purchase from Bath and body Works again.

After about a week or so I went to use one of the two and when I removed the cap the plastic top was as broken off making it not useable. I figured I would use the other and exchange the broken one as soon as I was back in the area. I brought it back to the store to exchange and make an additional purchase. The young lady there asked me if I broke it with her many questions (did you drop it, did you drop my bag with the product inside it, how long ago did you buy it, are you sure it is broken...etc). This item clearly has a tag from this store and I showed her the broken part. I didn't ask for a return only an exchange for the same product in working condition even though I should have asked for a return but I was thinking an exchange would be fair even though in reality it's not fair to purchase a broken product and have to waste my time and money coming back to make it right. Finally she called someone else to see if they could exchange this and this lady said they could only exchange if it was clogged. I guess clogged overrides a broken item. It seems like common sense that a clogged bottle can be run under warm/hot water to be unclogged and the broken one can't be used at all. This makes me wonder how many times do people bring back clogged mousse purchases and if so, these products must be VERY old as I've never had a problem with mousse clogging. Hairspray, yes. Mousse, never. And I've had plenty of mousse products for years too long and they still never clogged. Any product that is purchased broken and not useable should be on the top of the exchange list if you expect to have repeat customers. This should be the best reason to exchange a product especially if you can clearly see it is broken and never used. I politely explained that this was not good for business and to let their manager or whoever is in charge know that this mistake on the stores part is costing them a lot more in the long run by losing repeat customers. The ladies then said, well it's been a really long time since you bought this and we only exchange the first 14 days. Clearly this went right over their heads. It seems they might be penalized in some form or fashion to not understand the simplest fix or really just don't care. Either way, don't waste your money here.

The chairs don't massage/recline and there's no tub of water with jets. The lady finally came over and we chatted and she said "do you have any concerns or anything?" And I said "if you can make sure this one is cut straight. Everyone cuts it at an angle" and showed her which one. She patted my leg and said "that won't happen here. Straight across here" I said "well you asked so I'm just telling you. Everyone cuts it crooked". To top it off, they ask you how much you want to tip. Let me just type it in myself. I HATE having to say it outloud. I told her and it added on a convenience fee. Very inconvenient for me to have to pay a fee to tip. Definitely will not be back. Edit to add that I'm aware the "convenience fee" doesn't go to the tech, that's not my issue. My issue is an unexpected, added fee regardless of how large or small.

I've been coming here for about four years and the technical work is consistently excellent. My favorite tech is both talented and a pleasure to talk to. The Bad: The furniture is in "gross" condition. The pedicure chairs have large stains and dried wax on the footrests, but the tech stools are the worst--the vinyl is ripped to shreds. My tech actually has to cover the stool with a towel so the torn material doesn't scrape my skin. The Verdict: For a place that brands itself as "Austin's Original Upscale Nail Salon," the lack of maintenance is disappointing. This is a premium-priced salon, yet the equipment is falling apart. The owners need to invest in repairs to match the high quality of their staff's work.

I'm surprised Credo Beauty doesn't carry Eleve lip glosses. I'm allergic to jojoba oil, and Eleve is one of the few clean lip glosses that doesn't contain jojoba oil. Its primary oil is castor oil. It outperforms W3ll People as it doesn't dry out, and it tastes better than Kylie lip glosses (not clean, I know). I haven't physically been in the brick and mortar store yet, however I did send my husband there to buy my Christmas present. I love all eight of my Eleve lip glosses! My only suggestion for improvement is that the branding on the lip glosses rubs off after a while.

I also used a referral code and my american express card to get additional discounts and you can bundle the two procedures and save even more money. Booking is simple and can be done online and i booked my consultation the same day. They have an imagining machine where you make different facial expressions and the technology uses AI to figure out which spots botox would work well with botox. You then go to a room to speak with a consultant who can do the procedure the same day. The procedure is administered by Nurse Practitioners too. They will guide you on how many units of botox you need and where are the problem areas that the will focus on. I was glad they could also do the procedure after the consultation. I required 43 units and with the discounts the price per unit wasn't too bad. I know there are botox clubs that could probably do cheaper. BTW this isn't the name brand botox but i think its probably in the middle for the other brands in terms of how effective and how long it will last. I was told 10 weeks.
