When I arrived at the store, the front counter employee walked me over to get some additional products. Since I didn't know the store, she was very helpful. I went back to the pharmacy to get the sensor and met the technician. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also in that I couldn't find the special bandages used to cover the sensor. She knew exactly where they were and walked me over. Then she rang up my entire order in the pharmacy so I didn't have to go back to the front checkout. What a wonderful young person. I can see she has a great future ahead of her.

Unfortunately, when I went to pick up her prescription at the drugstore, the cost of her 'solution' cost was $6,000. That's not a misprint. When I called her office, her office manager unapologetically told me that helping patients to manage their costs wasn't their job. As a result, I fired Dr Paley today. I'm sure she has a strength but It is definitely not her office staff, listening to her patients or understanding skin disease.
