Worst passport photo service! The staff is rude and unknowledgeable about the photo guidelines.

I ordered some items through DoorDash from Walgreens and they cancelled the order with no good reason! Unacceptable.

I came to this Sally Beauty location to get haircare products like I do back home at a Chicago location. I came in; asked questions about a hair mask; and purchased my items. I left the store and went to Fry's (which is in the same plaza) to buy groceries with my friends. Some minutes after, THREE policemen approached me INSIDE the grocery store indicating that it was reported I stole a 3 dollar facemask from Sally. The latter happening in the middle of the grocery store with people all around which made it EXTREMELY embarrassing. I explained to one of the officers that I did not purchase a facemask and opened my Sally bag showing my items - a container of Cantu conditioner and a coconut hairmask. The same policeman asked if I had a receipt. I stated I did not. He asked why not and I responded that I did not ask for one - which is a common occurrence in retail. He requested for me to go back to the store to clear the whole issue, which I agreed. At that moment, as a minority - I am Caribbean Afro-Latino -, I was extremely anxious and feared for my life because of the country's current political climate. I would appreciate for whoever is reading this to imagine what it would be like to think that you were about to be arrested or even worse, be killed, on the day of your birthday due to a wrongful accusation of stealing a 3 dollar facemask. We got to the store and I was immediately accused by the associate of stealing a 3 dollar facemask. I informed her that there was a misunderstanding and showed her my bag with the items I purchased. She stated to have seen me grab the 3 dollar mask and put it in my bag when I walked to another part of the store. She went on and reported to have been able to see the facemask in my bag when I left the store. I do not recall the associate's name, but I can describe her. She had fair skin, framed glasses, multi-color bangs, and brown hair. She was working the same shift as another associate who had black and green hair. The associate that accused me checked out my friend's items on Register 2 (which is the receipt information provided). I attempted to find her actual name on my friend's receipt, but was unable to find it. I spoke with friends of mine who work in retail and they informed me that an employee is to approach an individual suspected of stealing - unless Sally has a different policy. After she finished with her blatant accusation and me attempting to explain it was a mistake, one of the officers asked her what she wanted to do. She stated that there was nothing that could be done, but kept indicating to want the item back. I offered to pay for the missing item in question to clear the issue. She indicated that it could not be done because "it would throw the inventory off." I consulted with friends of mine who are managers in retail and they stated that unless Sally has a different policy in inventory management, the inventory can be manually adjusted. I suggested to look at the security cameras together to proof my innocence. She interrupted me before I finished my sentence stating, "I don't have access to those." All solutions I was suggesting, she kept shutting them down. The officer ended up suggesting to not come back to the store. This was one of the worst experiences in my life and even when asked to never come back to this location, I already have scratch out Arizona as a travel destination and will be informing my family and friends about this disturbingly traumatic experience. The whole sole reason I wanted to visit Sedona was to heal from these types of experiences that are deeply hurtful.

She is meticulous in her work. Kim's zeal for constantly learning and continuing her education is impressive, and she is currently working on a PhD in something involving epigenetic influences on the body. Yes, she is a brainiac, too! I just met Starlight, who is Kim's new assistant. Starlight gave me an impromptu, hands-on energy healing at the end of my session with Kim. Wow, just wow. I will be starting up with some ionic foot soaks with Kim for detoxification starting next week. I have done foot soaks elsewhere, but I am opting for doing it at Aristocats, due to the state of the art technology of the equipment. i can't say enough positive about Kim and her work. And her studio/boutique is small and charming and super tasteful. Kim is the only clinician, so it's not like I'm surrounded by a bunch of other people when I go in. That's a real positive for me, as I have a bit of a distaste for hustle bustle kind of service. I walk away from Aristocats feeling rejuvenated and calm.

Finally, after what seemed like forever, I made my appointment and was introduced to Juvaderm. Schelly knew exactly what I was looking for and where to place the injections. The numbing cream worked great, but more beneficial is Schelly's delicate touch in precise application. My results far exceeded any expectation and even though I had the injections just yesterday, I have already had others come up and ask why I looked different and commended me. Schelly is not only an amazing person, she takes her time, gives each person personal attention, and her educated expertise shows in her work. I cannot wait to go back and try a few more fillers. By the way, I still have some wrinkles I'm 61 years old and I'm not trying to hide what I look like. I refuse to go back in time and try to look 40 or even 50, what Schelly did gave me a fresh new exciting look without trying to look like a teenager. I cannot say enough good about her and the whole spa.
