When i noticed the second bill and called the customer service they told me i can't return the cheap products which cost me almost $100!!! The manager of the customer service called me to say that I was told i will be full charged, bla bla and i can't get the refund!! I searched on the website and found the similar complaints. How could they survive for many years?? I hope to provide negative feedback if possible!

It was automated system and message said my membership is cancelled. Yet I was charged $89.32 on 7/14/17. I called 7/21/17, the customer service rep said it doesn't matter if it was promotion through Walmart, customers are still need to return the product and pay return shipping fees. It's a fraud. I believe this company should be investigated. We should all report this company to business bureau so that it will be shut down. Do not buy their product or sign up for free trial. It's all a scam!

I rec'd an email that my membership had been cancelled but product had already shipped. When I rec'd it I took box to post office and did a "return to sender". A week later, lo and behold, $130 was missing from my account! I called and gave them hell but they said I should have read the fine print! I stated I had cancelled everything 24 hrs after placing order - I had buyers remorse and was trying to prevent this exact situation from happening. I called my bank and tried to get a stop payment or some other resolution. The customer service person was of no help but said she would have her supervisor call. How can I get a refund when I don't even have the product to ship back!!
