This is SO convenient to those who work weird hours. I feel it also works with the business because they don't have to be answering the phone constantly. I initially booked an appointment to have a consultation which was free of charge. I showed up and was greeted immediately by name. They knew me from my appointment which was impressive. I then met Ashley. So sweet and thorough. She gave me an estimate on how much my hair was going to be. She asked me what I really wanted for my hair in my dream world. I told her and she told me she would try and make it happen. I returned about two weeks later to finally get it done. WOW WOW WOW. It took many hours to achieve what I wanted but it happened. Ashley and her whole team was so amazing. They made my hair look like it had never looked before. They even offered to come back if I wasn't satisfied with my hair two week guarantee.
