Sometimes both as is the case for their "manager" Rebecca. I've made a few pick-up orders here that have all gotten marked as picked up when they were not picked up. It feels scammy at worst and at best is a complete waste of time. Once it's marked picked up, there's no longer a link to use to mark you're at the store waiting. This then causes you to have to sit on the phone in the awful queue system until you can reach a person. It then takes them time to find it and get it out to you. It has never taken less than 15 minutes of me waiting in the parking lot for what should be a simple and quick pick-up. It's incredibly frustrating when you're sick/have sick kids waiting for items. The Pharmacy is quite possibly even worse. Numerous times my Rx was marked as ready to pick up online and yet when I get there they tell me it's not ready and treat me like I'm the jerk for asking why my app is showing it is. That's if they can even fulfill the monthly re-occurring Rx's! It's gotten so bad I've moved all my reoccurring Rx refills to another location 30 minutes away - because that's more convenient and easier than the one near my home. My insurance covers 90% of this procedure and so I felt comfortable. Once I was examined, shockingly, I was quoted a price of $996.00 of which they required I pay $580.40 up front. (Umm, this wasn't close to my expected 10% co-pay) and I questioned the 90% my insurance covered. I was assured a refund after the insurance paid, not to worry! Once the procedure was done I find out the insurance had only authorized $210.60 PRIOR to the procedure, and my $580.40 went to non covered extras that were added in. This dentist was fully aware PRIOR to the procedure that insurance did not cover my $580.40, and charged me knowing I would never see a refund. VERY DISHONEST!! This greedy dental practice is only concerned with the $$ and the patient is the least of their worries. Had they truthfully informed me that their services were not covered I would have explored other options, but rather than work with me to assure I get the best service for my dollar, they choose to charge for non covered services and screw the patient! "PATIENT BEWARE!!" I gave this dentist a bad review on Google when they inquired about my service satisfaction and then surprisingly I get a call at home from the owner of the practice, Dr . Dahaliwal. The dentist, Dr. Dahaliwal, stated my dissatisfaction was unfortunate, but offered to refund of a portion of my payment "IF" I would take down his negative Google review. I agreed, but guess what......That refund never happened!! (as a result, I did not take down the bad Google review and I'm writing this Yelp review as well) **Note: I am a retired 73 year old and live on a pension, already paying high prices for insurance coverage to assure I get medical and dental care when necessary. I always go with In-Network providers like Kitsap OMS and assume they will give an honest quote for what I have to pay. DO NOT trust this dentist and never agree to their service prior to checking directly with your insurance to verify coverage. So sad a customer has to verify service charges from an In-Network provider!

She made me cop out the full cost of the visit before I left, promising to refund the difference after they submit the insurance claim. Being on the hook for $700 is A LOT to pay out of pocket for an annual checkup, so I made it known I was apprehensive, but I do pay what I owe... Fast forward to 3 months later and Lisa STILL has not submitted a claim to my insurance, refuses to refund me and then bill later once she gets it together and submits the claim, and then continues to give excuse after excuse why the claim has not been submitted. She has sworn to me at least 6 times now that the claim was submitted, yet my very reliable insurance says otherwise. It's not even that a claim was denied - it simply was never received. The last time we spoke, I hung up on her because she was giving me an attitude about HER lack of doing her job. I told her to just give me back my $700 and bill me when she submits the claim, but she says "it doesn't work that way" (which is odd because she said they would refund me AFTER the claim, so why not refund me now, then bill me after?) Rather than argue, I ended the call. I don't expect the claim to ever be submitted. I hope her boss reads this because I get the feeling the rest of the staff has no idea how awful she is at her job. I will never return here, which is a SHAME because I loved the dentist and dental assistants so much.
