Maybe they had something on sale that I wanted... that's probably it... just don't remember what it was LOL. My memory isn't as good as it used to be. Anyway, I find Walgreens prices to be a tad higher than Rite Aid. Funny, there seems to be one or the other in the shopping world. Just like Walmart vs Target, Costco vs Sam's Club, Home Depot vs Lowe's, and Rite Aid vs Walgreens... kinda like day vs night, heaven vs earth, etc. If you had a choice, which would you choose? I understand the pharmacy was busy, but that's not an excuse to treat customers with disrespect. Working in customer service requires professionalism and basic courtesy, regardless of how busy it gets. The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional, and it left me feeling uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated that way.
