They said it was…read morea terrible experience because a co-worker of theirs named Theresa(also a logistics processor) insulted and taunted them on a daily basis. They made going to work a living hell for them to the point that they had to quit because the bullying wouldn't stop. I don't know if this Theresa person is still working there- but I know I won't be shopping there ever again. A company that allows their employees to be treated like that by other employees is not a company that deserves my business or anyone's business for that matter.

They Wanted to over charge me, the woman said i get a discount for purchasing over a certain amount THE lil kid lookin dude wanna tell me how they wont give me the discount. im guessing it was his mother who said they would when i got to the counter an on top of it i wanted to buy diamond gel polish that had a lable sayin "$8" an he wanted to raise it saying $12 an how prices raised and laughed at me. His mom had him do $10 instead but still. The sign on the door says prices raise on 8/6 an its 8/1. He said "can you read?!" Sir, i fluently speak English. Yea i can, yall must have put the wrong date on the door and should abide by the prices YOU have labeled. Also walked around following me through the store acting like I was stealing, constantly staring the whole time! He Had a stank attitude with me the whole time. Boxes EVERYWHERE, not clean at all. Couldnt even walk down the Isles. There was a nasty cup of water and looked like backwash old food mixed in a cup just sitting on the cash register right in front of the customer. I asked the dude how much it was for the pedicure technician chairs and he told me $180 when they're only $80 on Amazon an $100 on nail supply equipment websites. Let's also mention how all of the polishes look like they have been sitting there for years yet are so much more than any other nail supply store in the area. I'm honestly astonished how you guys are still open or get customers. That was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced nor witnessed i was shocked, And for someone who has worked in Customer Service my entire life that says a whole lot. I'm pissed I even gave them my money, there is a reason why the lady does not work in a nail salon yet in a supply store but sells overpriced nail classes, customer service isnt there. She sat there watching how the man treated me but didnt say anything at all. Then as i leave he walks outside to smoke a cigarette. When I got to the register to pay the total amount was off. I informed the person assisting me that the tax amount was incorrect. She refused to change it, stating the machine sets the price. She started to get upset and decided not to sell the items to me. She unbagged the items and started returning them to the shelf. The amount was only off by $1.50 and it's a trivial amount. My issue is the fact that they have been overcharging on tax and are continuing to get away with it. I'm sad to say I will not go back to this store. I wanted to patron a shop in the neighborhood and I'll have to look elsewhere.

So we go to her usual beauty supply store and as usual I'm unpleased, but she likes the spot so I oblige her. While we're shopping we find a couple of wigs she likes and I ask an employee if she can try them on and they say no. Now, I don't know if you know a thing about wigs, but it's a try-on situation. Especially when there are no returns or exchanges. In that moment I think of a place I'd heard about on social media that also happens to be black owned. I mention it to grandma she's excited about it so we go, but mind you I'm still hungry lol. We get to Washington Square Mall and walk across the whole thing, we didn't realize it was near the Target (there's another closer to where we parked but it's a different beauty supply from House of Beauty Miss Cutie). We didn't mind the walk though we both needed it. When we get inside we were immediately greeted...check. I immediately spotted a couple of things grandma would like...check. I asked could she try them on, and Miss Cutie said yes and explained her try-on policy...checkmate. We were thoroughly taken care of, the entire process. I love how she looked out and cared for my grandma. She was kind and funny. She helped grandma get in and out of her different wigs. It really felt like we were chilling and playing dress up. And the hair was really great quality and a great price. There was a lot of cute stuff in there, I even snagged a Fanny pack that I can't wait to wear. I enjoyed myself so much I forgot I was hungry. My grandma was so happy. When we were walking to the car she thanked me for bringing her there. And talked about how nice the lady was. And guess what...she finally asked me what we were going to eat because now she was hungry. So we went to (my favorite spot) Burgeezy and she showed off her new hair! This was our first of many times. And Miss Cutie mentioned that they're coming up on their 6th year in business. Congratulations to them!!! Much deserved. lol

This is a very large beauty store with tons of stuff. I was getting my hair braided and looking for…read moreweave and braiding gel. They have a lot of weave selection but I couldn't find anything similar to my hair color so I had to chose a different color. For the braiding gel, I couldn't find the exact one I needed so I went with an alternative and thankfully it worked out well. Pricing here is ok, the weave wasn't too bad and the gel is comparable to other beauty store pricing. I didn't notice man y workers, the man that rang up our order was friendly.
