She told me she'd fix a botched knee when I "book my appointment to have the s*** microneedled out of my face." Consult- I was left alone after being told to "put my big girl panties on" becos I had anxiety.. after having numbing cream left on my lips sitting in a room alone for 1 hour & then painful injections without being given any options! I ended up with 2 botched indentions where the needles were on my upper lips & my lips didn't look any different. The office manager ended up reaching out & told me we would have it fixed. She lied. The African American MAC lady gives her all, she helped me match the correct shade with Fenty. She was very kind too. I can't speak about the hairdressers. The manager does a poor job. Her staff is in control. I had an issue and she did nothing to resolve it. No apologues, no promise to correct her staff. The staff acts like they are superior too. I was in a hurry and had on little makeup and my hair did not look great as it usually did. They acted like I was yt trash. I spent 500 dollars there within 10 days. I will never go back.
