I stopped in…read moreto ask if they carried a certain product I've seen online and wanted to smell in person before buying, and to see if they offered eyebrow and chin waxing as a walk-in. The woman (a manager?) who I asked was very abrupt, and stood way too close to me while grilling me, "What do you like about her???" ("Her" being the product I was inquiring about.) I answered that I was just there to try the scent for the first time, I just got an "oh." When I asked if they offered waxing, she said I could be accommodated and casually told something to an employee, but then she didn't come back or communicate to me where I should go to wait or to receive the service. She then went over to another employee where I could hear them having a personal conversation. I decided to leave and try another place. The discomfort I felt was too much, and the vibe was off.

They have a great selection of hair care products and color lines. There isn't much along the lines of skin care but I think Cosmoprof is geared more towards cosmetologists looking for hair color and products. They do have a small selection of nail tech things though. I wish they carried the Pravana color line, Sexy Hair products, and Pureology products. Be on the look out for great sales, they send out a monthly flier as well. The employees are kind of cold unfortunately. They always seem to follow me around when I first arrive. Which is disheartening because I feel like they think I'm going to steal. I know that retail employees have to be on the look out for theft but when I end up spending at least $100 per visit, it's annoying to feel like they have to tail me because I don't see them doing it to other people when I'm in there. It's never particularly crowded and parking is good. They are open 7 days a week which is nice. The store it self is really good but I wish the employees were a bit more friendly.

The lady I spoke to on the phone assured me they did and simply had great customer service over the phone. Her positive and upbeat attitude really drew me in. Once I'd stepped foot inside I was immediately greeted and when I made my way to the section of products I was interested in a sales associate by the name of Emily told me many key points about the line, made suggestions on several products from the line as well as another line I had never heard of. She treated me as though I was the only customer in the store and other various associates would pass by and agree with her recommendations. I really felt important and that I was well on my way with the correct products. Emily also reminded me that Sephora does complimentary mini facials if I was ever interested in trying a full skincare line. Thrilled with my visit today! However this most recent trip I was greeted, asked if I needed help, and then turned loose. I love that. I don't need someone popping up on me at every turn. I got to the register and had a cluster of coupons and rewards I was trying to use. The sales associate was GREAT and helped me look through what I had and make sense of it so that I could use it and get my rewards/benefits and find the qualifying products, rather than having to toss them out or wait until another visit. I appreciated that so much! I recommend this location to anyone right now. It is a great experience!

I love this place and I love a lot of the different types of body wash, lotions, body sprays, and hand soaps. I normally try to catch the sales online and buy a lot online to keep me from making a trip to the store. That way at least I try not to spend as much. I have spent about $175 online then come into the store and spent $100. My favorites are: Gingham collection, Strawberry, Watermelon, Cashmere Glow, and a lot more.
