My next provider did a biopsy and found it to be a basal cell carcinoma (along with a second spot that was not as obvious). He and his staff were incredible! It is rare to find a doctor who takes as much time with his patients as Dr. Bentkover does. He is a true professional but still cares about each of his patients on a personal level. He sees each person that walks through his door as a more than just a potential client. He is honest about the expected outcome of the procedure and what can and can not be completed, which is extremely important when considering a surgeon to preform any major procedure. His post procedure care is also excellent. He and his staff again, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for. He checks & tells me it was an insurance issue. I asked why I wasn't notified instead of someone just cancelling my script? He couldn't answer (of course, like always, it's the nobody who does all this stuff with your scripts!)...then 5. I get transferred to the REAL local store # & speak to a woman with an attitude. I tell her the whole thing over again. Of course, she doesn't know who canceled & why I wasn't notified. I gave her the insurance info (which I had already inputted into their system when I received the new card MONTHS ago). I asked for estimate for my pickup. She says it's up to insurance & it could be that night. 6. Friday I picked it up. 6 days after I requested it.
