The bouquet had a pleasant design and good-quality flowers. Everything was done neatly and with care. I only wished it had more volume.

One star for the history we have, one star because it was delivered when promised...other than that, nada. Husband felt bad because he spent about $150 + $10 tip for a bouquet of roses that definitely didn't live up to the Sally's quality we were used to.He's been getting me flowers from Sally's for many, many years & they were always beautiful, Today's were so disappointing- small, less than grocery store quality this time. Website did say "wrapped in paper", but past arrangements were always wrapped in paper around a beautiful bouquet arrangement in a vase. This time, no vase & small, non-opened roses...the chocolates overpowered it. My husband thought it would have be as usual & have a vase because it does mention something about a vase below. At any rate, I told him to save the $ for my future bdays, anniversaries, & Vday & if he wants to get me any future arrangements, just go to Giant. Two years in a row, my 77 year old mother has received the most beautiful Easter corsage ever! The flowers were delivered to her home in a professional container and absolutely lovely! The cymbidium orchid was the star, accompanied by 4 sweetheart roses. The scale of all flowers were perfect, and the skill to choose the absolute perfect greenery to compliment the flowers and arrange them into a lovely corsage was evident. I called several days in advance to order a very specific bouquet on their website (which had no price listed) and was told that it was not going to be exactly the same, to which I agreed. When the item was picked up it was a lot different than what I agreed to or requested. The flowers were also wilting and the greens were browning. When I contacted the store about this the customer service was unacceptable. The sales assistant, who I believe is the owner, was rude and questioned everything I said. Even in person she was not a good representative for the business. Rather she was difficult and made excuses. They lost a long time customer. read more

Got a great deal from 97.5 the fanatic radio station to go here. Showed up close to when they close a day before Valentine's day to get some flowers for my friend that I saw on their website and they put it together quickly that day. Service was amazing. Even though I live in center city I definitely see myself going back here. When you can make beautiful arrangements in the amount of time they did with as busy as they were it would be a crime not to continue to give them business. read more

Sally not only creates gorgeous floral designs, but when I expressed that I was unsure as to when my friend would be sent home from the hospital, Sally rushed the order and personally delivered them to my friend so she would receive them in her room. My friend, who just went through a terrible surgery, was beyond thrilled to receive them. Sally really helped to bring a smile to her face during a very trying time. My church has worked with Sally's Flowers in the past and had a very positive experience. I needed an arrangement for my mom's birthday and decided to use Sally's based on my church's experience. I had a wonderful experience. I was able to place the order over the telephone and explained what I needed. I had no clue what type of flowers I wanted and just explained that I wanted something beautiful that would not exceed my price range. Sally's delivered big time. The arrangement was stunning. They included an array of flowers, many of which I never saw before. I took a photo of the arrangement but it looks so much better in person. I wish I could give them a negative star. My Boyfriend had sent me flowers as a surprise on V Day. It was supposed to be a small lily bouquet and my favorite Godiva chocolates. He stays in India and I am here. The flowers were supposed to reach me on 13th Feb, they agreed for the order and later replied that it was not possible for them to deliver it on 13th, he said okay make it 14th Morning. Then my boyfriend was expecting me to call up when I received the order, but I didn't, so he finally asked me to go and check if I have anything for me at the concierge(my apartment has one where they keep all the packets). I checked there was nothing. Then I called up Sally's flower next morning, instead of apologizing first the lady said "how do u know you had an order for you, if it was a surprise?". I was like wth!!. I anyways replied patiently and then they said they are going to look for the original order and upgrade the order. The only request I made to them was please don't apologize to me, just write a mail to the person who placed the order because he felt really bad, that lady said yes sure. They never sent any e-mail to him. Not one single mail for ruining the surprise and the order. On 16th I finally got one so called upgraded bouquet which had really stupid looking flowers and a cheaper and bigger packet of chocolate. I am really pissed of not because the original order got lost, not because they sent something really stupid and called it an upgrade, but because there was just one polite request from my side just send an e-mail saying sorry to person they couldn't do as much. read more

I wanted to send flowers to a friend in a nearby hospital. I googled for the closest florist to the hospital and found this one. I wanted a special arrangement (few flowers put in an empty wine bottle). The lady that took order said this request was a first for them and she would have to consult the designer. She called back and described the product. I approved and it was sent to my friend the next day. The picture of it shows an arrangement that is much nicer than I expected and it cost half what I was expecting. When you get twice the quality for half the price......has to be a great place to do business. read more
