Avoid at all costs. I should have listened to the reviews. The fact that this company has not been…read moreflagged or reported to consumer affairs is mind-blowing. Once you sign that contract, you no longer have direct communication with Regus, so if they mess up on your invoice or you have a question about billing, your business credit card is in for a treat. Their accounting team are a pain to work with, and never have an answer to your question, and it always ends up being redirected, you then have to wait to hear back in 24 to 48 hours from an actual member of the staff (but they never tell you the exact time when they will email you). Additionally, if you start with Regus, there are fees that are not disclosed to you until after you get the invoice. For example, if you join November 4th, you will be billed for a month's worth of extra rent from October 15th-November 15th. They call this a "catch up" monthly fee... and of course, the sales team never brings up this fee unless you ask directly. So basically, if you move in a month that isn't aligned with their billing cycle, you'll pay two month's rent, in addition to the security deposit. If you're an owner of a small business, please save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. I've only been here for less than a week and it's already not working out for my small business.

When confronted with the post master, they retracted thier statements. All of Hoboken gets mail but they don't. No one responds to your issues. The supervisor is MIA. As a small business, you cannot afford to have an address at this location. It will take a toll on your clients and needs. There is security at the lobby who will not let you up if the staff goes to lunch together. Terrible experience. Don't get involved with this center.
