I had already been required to pay the full $300 upfront, and yet the quality of service did not match the price at all. My hairstyle isn't even going to last 30 days. I also noticed that other clients' hair looked much neater and better done than mine, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience poor quality work, rude behavior, and unprofessional service. I would not recommend this location on Roosevelt. They don't have a great selection of colors. So make sure that they have your color before getting there. Also, one more tip....make sure to bring an iPod or phone + charger because the stylist here truly enjoy talking on the phone & it can become a little annoying after awhile.

Some dude walked in bout an hour 1/2 after my arrival and was waiting on gina she was suppose to still be on her way though when she finally arrived (oh and let me not fail to mention that zoey kept changing the completion time and I literally took 2 not even 5 minute smoke breaks and A very brief bathroom break) I asked her her name she said gina and I asked her y she was hours late and she was suppose to be them one doing my hair.
