While the first appointment was pleasant, I left with an unexpected brassy brown shade that didn't reflect the highlighted color I had asked for. Still, I trusted her recommendation and returned for a follow-up. I arrived 10 minutes late due to a family emergency, which I clearly explained to the staff. I also mentioned I had a flight in just a few hours. Despite this, I was left waiting for an entire hour before being informed that Amela would only be able to cut my hair--not color it. A client's time is just as valuable as the stylist's. If being 10 minutes late was truly going to prevent the full service, that should have been communicated upfront--instead of making me wait unnecessarily. Frankly, I wouldn't want someone working on my hair who thinks ten minutes is enough time to rush through a proper appointment. This experience was deeply unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will not be returning.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a pleasant hello immediately asked about my hair style history, what my profession is, how active I am in my daily life, and other questions that I have never been asked before at a beauty salon. I have between 2b and 2c shoulder length hair and was looking for some body and layers while maintaining the length. My hair would kind of just fall very flat and it needed some life back. This was the only description I gave Elizabeth. No picture, or anything. She understood exactly what I wanted and knew exactly how to do it. I was never in doubt that my hair wasn't going to come out spectacular. And to top it all off she was extremely pleasant. We chatted about not only hair, but also about astrology, about recent news, about my work life etc. I was a bit apprehensive at first being that I was the only one there but she made me feel very comfortable. The end result was everything that I was asking for. The price tag is a bit steep ($100 for a wash, cut, style and dry) but honestly so worth the money! Would 100% recommend!

What I really liked about Cindy is that she was able to not only fix my hair, she listened to what I wanted done with my hair. She's meticulous and did a very great job with my haircut. The cost of my haircut wasn't much compared to other places ($40 and of course I brought extra for tip). They take cash or card. This hair salon is very cute and it reminds me a bit of Manhattan. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. I've made a membership here and I'll be going there every month to get my hair done.

Loved them so much that I had my extensions done by Jen and they have never looked better. They are both the best and never rush on anything. Antonino is the owner and the best colorist on the planet. Scott, the manager, makes mountains move for me. Yes, I now come here for everything. I got my hair done by Olga today. In mid blow she told me I had dandruff and had me rewashed with a special shampoo. She could have just kept it to herself but nope ! She took the time out of her late afternoon to totally redo my long blowout. I look and feel incredible. Everyone here makes this place so special. The only place I will go on Long Island.

I have no idea what they are explain. when they were done, the asked what I think. I said I have no idea what you guys was talking about, it's like different language. All I want, one color root to tips, cover my gray. they finished and like nothing was done. then they redo it. looks better, some gray but the color look even. Next day, gray was back, 3 days later color disappeared. I did not wash nor did any heavy lifting, so not sweating. baby sat my mom next day, work after that. Desk job. still not sure what happened. Olga stop calling, the lied to the credit card that they did what I asked for. thanks for picture and text from olga. they charged me twice and claimed that they had to do it twice. $7 box would have done the job. I was scam big time.
