My previous review of this place mentioned my dissatisfaction with how Cheryl failed to fix my nails after I messed them up. However, now, looking back at my engagement pictures and reflecting on my manicure, I'm even more disappointed. Please see the attached picture #2 that I added with this update. My nails have tiny little bumps on them. This is from Cheryl filing my nails and failing to clean/dust them off completing before applying polish. I'm so disappointed that this manicure ruined my engagement pictures. I really regret coming here, but sadly I can't change the past, I can only recommend others to stay away. FIRST EDIT -- Updating from 2 to 3 stars: Cheryl called me to apologize and offered to fix my manicure. I really appreciated her reaching out to me, as it shows her professionalism and agreeableness. ORIGINAL REVIEW -- This review is for the gel manicure via Groupon: Found this place on Groupon and regretted buying the manicure deal. Groupon is more expensive than in-store prices, so beware of that. It's $32 on Groupon for a gel manicure but $30 in store. Pros: * Cheryl was really kind and easy to talk to and I enjoyed getting to know her. * Cheryl came in while she was on vacation just to squeeze me in her schedule, which meant a lot to me. * The place itself was clean, fresh, and classy. I felt welcome and comfortable instantly! Cons: * There were limited color options and they didn't have the color I wanted (a simple baby pink). * My manicure turned out sloppy (see attached pictures). I accidentally messed up the nails on my right hand while putting my hand into the light device and when I pointed it out to Cheryl, she said she hoped the top coat would fix it. I went along with it and at the very end, I checked my nails and they were still messed up. * There's excess nail polish on my skin around and under my fingers. This is the first time I walked out of a nail salon with nail polish still on my skin. * The cuticle care and hand massage portions were shorter and less thorough than typical manicures. I hope my manicure was not representative of their usual standards, as I met a couple of regular clients who seemed to love the place.
