It is very difficult for me to find a good make up artist due to my ethnicity. I usually end up with weird too thick eyebrows, my almond shape eye gets smaller and my foundation and contouring is usually off by just a smudge but it looks weird. Come Anjuli, she did an amazing job on my makeup. We were on a time crunch so she had to apply my makeup at 7am for a 5pm wedding. My make up STAYED on until 4am. No creasing, no runny raccoon eyes and no weird smudge on my pink dress. This is all under summer heat for an outdoor event with dancing and drinking from 7pm to 4am. Here's a before and after so you can make the comparison yourself. Cannot be happier with her work not to mention her attitude. Besides from being talented she is a lovely person also.

I flew in from the DMV for a wedding and did my research on yelp and Instagram for MUA in the area. I kept seeing Blush on the Blvd come up on my results and was happy to see they had just one availability left. During my appointment the conversation with Tara was great, she was kind and she made me feel comfortable during an already hectic day. When she completed I initially didn't even see my face, she recorded a clip on her phone and played it back to me and I was shocked. I looked amazing. My skin was filter flawless, my highlight was beaming so naturally too, my shadow was exactly how I wanted it but BETTER. I didn't even want to put my mask on for the Uber ride to the hotel to prevent it from smudging. Tara made sure my face was beat and it stayed beat and in place the entire night. We joked around how previous clients were wanting sleep in their makeup to push it the next day...... I get it. I stayed up an extra 30 minutes to make sure all pictures were taken. She said she's on the way to a wedding so she's not coming back and I have to go. I said there's no way she was here and packed up in 5 min. She just rather did the wedding instead. Still haven't heard from her on my refund. I had Christmas pictures and had to cancel my pictures. I would not recommend!! Horrible work ethics and unapologetic. Not to mention I traveled from north county all the way to the south side.
