The process was painless, easy, and my skin looks AND feels so incredible. Tracey walked me through the process and the science behind this quick and easy treatment. I cannot stress enough how relaxed and at ease the process was. Upon arriving I was tucked into my cozy treatment bed. This bed was a huge perk, comfy blankets, and it's adjusted for comfort by remote (Tracey took care of that). I have been to quite a few Med Spas in the Twin Cities, and they all have differing opinions and recommendations on my skin. Tracey by far provided the most gracious and well rounded advice. She immediately assessed my skin, and did not inflate or exaggerate areas of improvement. I had such a great experience that I decided to sign up for their monthly membership. Which is a great way to save on ongoing facials, injections, products, etc. It's taken years, but I finally found a medspa that I can feel comfortable at! The good: easy scheduling The better: beautiful and comfortable setting The best: top notch owners who do not up-sell or pressure. These are the experts and I feel lucky to have found them. Later, I found significantly better and longer-lasting results elsewhere using fewer units. I also purchased a Neveskin package in September 2025 and was told treatments needed to be done weekly for best results. After my third session, the business relocated and remained closed for about 5 weeks, disrupting the treatment schedule, yet I continued receiving appointment confirmations during that time. When I later tried to use my remaining prepaid services (Neveskin and Restylane filler), I was told I would need to pay an additional $400 due to "inflation" despite already paying in full. When I asked for clarification on this policy, I received inconsistent answers and was told I was "attacking" the owner for asking questions. Overall, my experience raised concerns about consistency, communication, and honoring prepaid services.

(I didn't know that at the time of purchase...hence the reason not to do impulse buys) The facial is not the best you will receive but the staff makes up for it in with personality and genuine hospitality. In addition, all clients go home with a sample size of cleaner, moisturizer, and prescriptive sunscreen. This is a medspa which means your clothes stay on and there will not be a thick blanket to wrap or heated bed to lie on as you are being treated.

Tried to book a pedicure. Called, no one answered, left messages, tried to book online at their website, didn't work. Despite their posted OPEN hours, they are seldom there. Once a girlfriend and I went into the open store, someone seemed to be going out the back...we waited ten minutes, she never came back in! Finally in desperation I leave a message on their Facebook page, someone private messages me back on Facebook from Blue Sage and offers to set up a massage appt at 1 pm on Wednesday.I request a hot stone massage, as listed online and in their brochure. She says the massage gal "doesn't have any stones". Um, ok. She says the massage therapist will call me next day to "firm up" the appt. She never does. Go there at 1 anyhow.I know these folks are no good at communication so figure maybe I still have the appt. despite no call back. Its open and a woman is cutting hair. She finishes up her appt. after telling me to have a chair and then leaves the room, leaving me alone in the lobby. Ten minutes later she reappears, says she can't find my appt. I go through the whole story. She says she doesn't know who private messaged me through Facebook through their page because all their workers have access to do so. Says the massage person is just a fill in and "she's hard to get cuz she has 4 kids". Um, ok. I tell her I will take out the hundred bucks in product of which they have precious little. For being one of the owners, she seems very un-informed on the products. Has no idea how much they cost and has to look everything up online. I leave with some volumizer, two bottles of uber spendy shampoo (one of which I realized was only 3/4 full when I got home) and some essential oil towelettes. Totally disorganized. No communication between staff, and worse yet, no communication with clients. How does this place stay open? Horrible horrible experience.
