They have little to no knowledge on eyebrow shaping. I asked for my eye brows to be shaped with more of an angle. They took out all the angle and gave me a completely rounded and thin shape.

Most walk-ins I see just say they will run other errands and come back. I prefer to make appointments and when I do I am rarely, rarely waiting. They are a very friendly bunch as well. The majority of their clientele are regulars so the place turns very much into a social club where everybody can talk together. Or, if you're seeking quiet time, which I often am, it is not too loud and you don't have to engage. The prices are also excellent. Compared to other like-nail salons, the prices are HIGHLY competitive. And they are a fraction of what you might pay at a full service spa where you might go to enjoy a massage, facial or other treatments. They also stay on top of latest technologies.
