Everyone at Zoom from the front desk to the assistants at the shampoo bowl are so kind and helpful, and the stylists are incredible. Booking is easy, and the staff always makes you feel welcome. I have been coming to see Dana for about 8 years, and she is the best hair dresser around! She does an excellent job at coloring my hair and I get many compliments thanks to her. She is very thorough in her work, listens to exactly what you want, and I love my blowouts and color every time. I am always 110% satisfied when I leave Zoom. I have been going here for years and have had nothing but compliments on my hair. Can't comment on the fancy stuff I am a guy, I get a shampoo and cut and that is it. I have had women ask me where I get my hair cut so they can send their husband to the same place. I read the comment about the feeling of being rushed and that has never been my experience. Gina the women that cuts my hair is a total perfectionist and she won't let me leave until she feels everything is just right. I went to see Nikkie for a blow out and makeup application before an event in November. I'd used her before for Halloween makeup and she's immensely talented for both the theatrical costume makeup and beautiful event makeup (we did a subdued natural dewy look for my event and I loved the way it looked - I wish I could do it all the time).
