My hair was cut by ken and he did a great job. I just got a simple cut with light long layers and my hair looked amazing when I left so silky and smooth looking. The pace seems to have been updated a little bit they still need a makeover in that place, maybe some new paint or to fix the cracked mirror. It's important to be consistent with pricing so customers can trust you. As far as lazy workers...I've never seen a lazy person working in her shop so I don't know.
