The fact that I didn't have to hover over my squirmy Toddler for 39-45 minutes; shoving lollipops down his throat, breaking out into song and dance/full on theatrical performances, etc. (Any and every rewarding, redirection, distraction, tactic known to Mom), is huuuuge. Shoot for me, that in and of itself is reason enough to look no further! So in addition to completely taking over (which is often needed in situations such as this) and making my Son feel comfortable in the process, Jay had us in/out within 15-20 minutes tops AND he gave my Son the best haircut he's ever had!! (We've been to several other places in the past and never have I been so happy with the final results as I was after this visit). I literally couldn't ask for more.
