Don't go to this place. I went for 5 years. Sometimes yes it was strange. My hair color wouldn't come out right. I would have to make a new appointment a week later to have it um fixed and was always charged full price again. But last week I went my regular stylist couldn't do it bc my paycheck wouldn't line up. I had a job interview coming up and needed it done. So he recommended another stylist who did a horrible just horrible job. Color is very wrong. I just wanted a trim but I got something weird. I got my eyebrows waxed and she burned my eyelids bad. I didnt want to make a scene I called my regular stylist when I got home and told him. He DID NOT CARE. He argued with me my eyelids and scalp were burning. He was rude and very illegally and ignorantly question my antidepressants. I was shocked. He was my stylist for 5 years. And instead of being kind they refused to refund me any money. Even after I sent a picture if my eye lids. Im planning on suing them. Im so heartbroken that my stylist who I liked so much was so horrible. It is illegal to throw a customers antidepressants in their face. When I had never ever complained before. My eye lids hurt so much. I was intentionally making appointments with different hair salons and discovered this one. I just needed a simple trim and was surprised that it turned out to be the best haircut ever. Kim, the owner greeted me warmly and exactly what I wanted was discussed. I liked her suggestion and loved how it looked when she was done. She was even able to trim with both our masks on. I just don't care for the rushed stylist. I'm not in a hurry these days and like to feel pampered a bit if possible, right? I definitely did. I cannot wait until its time for another trim. I am 65 and just a stocky little woman. I went in with high expectations, thinking I would get a really good haircut. I was treated poorly to say the least . Brady did not listen any of my comments on how he was cutting my hair. He talked to other hairdresser most the time. I might as well not been there. To start parking was horriable. The lot was a mud pit and very small for the amount of business in this center. I was very unhappy with my cut and foil I had here with Kim. The cut was uneven and my hair is breaking off from a root touch up foil, and I had blonde blotches and uneven color around my face. I called back to get it was going to take over a week for them to try to fix it! Kim is a own this is not acceptable, I will not be going back here. I had the cut fixed somewhere else and color had to be darkened. I will have to treat the breakage for the next few months and leave it dark even though I like it lighter. read more
