She ended up cutting off a few more inches as requested. My daughter was a little upset because she didn't want her hair to be that short. First, the inside of the salon is absolutely beautiful, with a bright, airy feel on the inside. There's a bunch of plants with windows letting in natural light. Everything is crisp and clean. My stylist, Anna, listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me great advice to guide me in the right direction in how to achieve beautiful hair. During the entire visit she was teaching me things about hair care, walked me through what she was doing, and made me so very comfortable. She took time to do it right, and made the whole experience very special. If you go there, definitely request her because she was just out of this world. The manager offered to fix it, but I explained that I was not comfortable getting my hair cut there again and would prefer to go elsewhere. They reluctantly agreed to refund my money, which I do appreciate, but I felt as though the manager could have been more polite about it. I was completely respectful during the entire interaction and did my best to be discreet about it when I returned for my refund, and she made it clear she was not happy about issuing the refund. I offered to show her a picture of the issue, and she just glanced at it and said, "ok." Overall, I appreciate the refund, and I won't ever return.
