From the very start, she went above and beyond, arriving at her place of business before our scheduled time, fully prepared and ready to make the entire experience calm and stress-free. She truly listened to everything we said and never rushed the process. Karima would not stop until we were 100% satisfied, and that level of care and professionalism is rare. Each of our hairstyles was completely different, yet every single one came out exactly as we envisioned--elegant, polished, and flawless. My hair stayed perfect throughout the entire wedding and reception. Even more impressive were the products she used. Nothing harsh, no damage at all. At the end of the night, I was able to remove the pins, brush my hair through easily, and my scalp wasn't tender in the slightest. I didn't feel like I needed a deep conditioner just to recover, which truly speaks to her skill and expertise. Karima also recommended Liz as our makeup artist, and that recommendation was absolute perfection. All four of us do not wear much makeup on a daily basis, so we asked for a very natural look and Liz delivered impeccably. She listened carefully and executed exactly what we asked for. My youngest sister requested even less than a natural look, just enough to show she was made up for photos and Liz delivered without hesitation. The results were beautiful, effortless, and precisely what we wanted. I cannot recommend Karima's services highly enough, nor can I praise the team she surrounds herself with. It looked great. I told him it looked perfect that my hair has never looked so good. It was exactly what I wanted. I wanted my super thick hair thinned and not choppy. He then says he's going to make it "perfect." Im really confused because I just told him it looked perfect but I trusted him to just do some last minute trimming. Well next thing I know half my hair is gone. I'm in shock I said I wish you hadn't done that; tried to look on the bright side and think of how it'll always grow back. I paid, ran out the door and have been crying ever since. I don't see any layers left. I have short bangs and half my hair chopped off. It feels thicker on the ends than when I started. It is literally a nightmare. I cannot put my hair up in a bun anymore without a hair tie because it's so bluntly cut on the ends. Wish I never went in, I'll have to wait a year for it to all grow out. In the meantime I have to spend extra time to get extensions put in. The reason I'm writing this is because had he stopped and just done what I had asked i would have been really enjoying this hair cut. I can't go back and fix it but I do hope Lucas reads this and starts actually listening to his customers so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Common courtesy dictates that you do not book and confirm appointments for someone whom you do not employee. Another client in the salon said they had treated her the same way the week prior. Another stylist offered to fit me in his schedule. I had to wait an hour past my appointment time and then unfortunately got a haircut that did not workout for my hair. This stylist was very apologetic but did not have the required time to do anything but a rushed job. The front desk person came just short of calling me a liar about the appointment until I showed her my phone messages. The salon manager never apologized during our telephone conversations. She only wanted to make sure I would wait the hour to have a haircut. It did not take long for this lash place to ruin a nice hair salon. It is evident that hair is not a priority anymore.
