She is very caring and her services are not only done with high-quality products, but she really takes her time to do a quality job. I really like that she communicates directly with her clients with text and email to stay connected with her clients. I LOVED that she has her own schedule. Even though the facial was 60 min long, Amanda wants to make sure you feel comfortable before and after the facial. I can't wait to be back. Julia had told me she designed and decorated the entire place herself (which even included the logo) which is quite impressive. She has a great eye for style and it shows in the welcoming, relaxing feel of her salon. The salon is also set in an old house, which makes it really cozy. Now onto the work that Julia does with her hair design. Today, I went in for cut and color. Before beginning, Julia made sure she had the exact idea of what I wanted from my visit down to every detail. She also spent a good amount of time going over my color choice for the day and making sure I was comfortable and excited about my new dye color. Julia is very knowledgeable about what colors and hair styles go well with your skin tone. She is very detailed oriented and she really wants to customers to love their hairstyle. While I was waiting for my dye to set, Julia offered me a cup of coffee or tea, whatever I wanted! This made the whole experience warm and relaxing. Probably only needed a partial highlight but instead was charged a full highlight, which I wouldn't have cared if it was done properly! Her stylist was Blair, level 1 stylist. It took her almost 4 hours in total to do a highlight and wash/blow dry. Didn't have time to cut it because it took her so long. She made her hair extremely streaky. You can even tell the size of her brush that she used for bleach. When I spoke to the manager Paige she said "something went wrong and Blair is a good stylist" our experience says differently. Have given this place many chances and there is always issues. Done wasting almost 400 on shitty supercut results. Did get a full refund because of how bad it was. Please be cautious when going to CHEZ ANN SALON!! They don't care about their clients, just money! That's why they have a revolving door of new inexperienced stylists.

She spoke with my mom on the phone three weeks before the wedding, and we paid the final balance. Then, I received an email two weeks before the wedding saying she had a "scheduling error" and could not provide services as agreed. This is an unacceptable oversight. Furthermore, I contracted a makeup artist through Elle Aire as well, and when I reached out to confirm the day/time with her, she had not heard any details from the salon. She enthusiastically provided services as planned, and was fantastic to work with, but the lack of organizational and logistical leadership on part of Elle Aire was alarming. While the hair stylist who cancelled did recommend a stylist from another salon who was able to provide services (and whose work I liked even better than the original Elle Aire trial) this scenario caused unnecessary stress in the final weeks leading up to the wedding. In sum, do not book hair or makeup for major events through Elle Aire Salon, as they are not able to competently manage these bookings for a stress-free wedding experience.
