My friend made our appts, so I'm not sure how easy/difficult that was but she seemed pleased. The staff that was present that day did not speak English but my friend took take of my translating. We inquired about how I could make a future reservation and they said it could be done on their website (awesome!) the place was super clean and they took all the necessary COVID precautions (temperature check, bottom of shoe gets cleaned/dried, everyone had masks on and kept them on). Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with product tips. The salon is clean and beautiful. I have always had incredibly fine hair, but my texture recently changed. I'm a little self conscious about some of the bald spots. The haircut was perfect, provided volume, and made me feel 20 lbs lighter. The price on the website is exactly what you pay. They accept cash (pesos or USD) and cards. I highly recommend stopping in! They also do other beauty treatments such and manis and pedis. It's located on the second floor of a shopping center.
