I wanted so much to like them after receiving a gift card. I read good reviews and had people tell me they'd personally had a nice time there. I will say that I was 4 minutes late. Fine, I accept that. I had a 90 minute massage scheduled (10a-1130a). I was on the table and ready to go at 10:08am. My massage began at 10:10am and I expected it to go until 1130am as scheduled. She finished at 11:23am and I felt like it was an incomplete massage. The front part of my body was not worked on very much and my head/face wasn't touched. I was also a little confused on what she was doing toward the end with a towel- basically having my head in it like a hammock and turning it weird. The smell in the facility is very off-putting. You can smell the restaurants on either side of it which is not pleasant, especially when you're trying to relax and enjoy "spa smells" and you get a side of gyros and garlic mixed in. I had a deep tissue massage and it was wonderful I was beyond relaxed when i left ,very nice and efficient staff. The reason I gave them only 3 stars was because the establishment reeked of cigarette smoke the moment I walked in the smell hits you and does not go away so if you want a massage and don't want the smell don't go to the Charleston location across from Northwoods mall. read more

My face was in need of some attention. I booked a mini facial which is 30 minutes. I waited in the lobby area then I was told I could go into the second waiting room. The second room was darker and had softer couch like chairs. I only had to wait a few minutes before the esthetician came out for me. She was friendly. We chatted throughout the service which I didn't mind. The facial was good. Even though it was only 30 minutes, she took her time. The prices are good. Tuesdays are 10% off all services which I wasn't aware of when I booked but lucky me! I plan on returning! read more

The tech was very welcoming. The ambiance is lack luster, the equipment is cheap and the massage is for non experienced patrons. I know it's not a spa, but it was a mediocre massage at best. I got in the room at 2:17 and was done at 2:59. I will never return after this being my second chance. I suggest the therapist are trained better not to talk during a massage and maybe take the staff to a more sophiscated spa so they can learn protocol of a real spa. Then again, it's my fault for expecting spa from a massage parlor. Not being rude I just hope the company will up their standards. read more

The woman I saw did attempt to be nice. However, she was defensive when I expressed that she was scratching my neck, which she did. It was sensitive, and there was a mark on me indicating she had hurt my skin. She also made me feel bad for my shoulders naturally rising throughout the session and scolded me about stretching. Richard was very professional and knowledgeable about sports massage! I played sports such as Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for many years and had never considered a professional massage. I currently swim regularly and the massage helped loosen up my back and restored some flexiblity that was lost over the years. The facial hurt. It burned and the lady scrubbed with the gritty stuff far too long while talking about jobs and money. Super nice just not the right setting.
